Dog-Friendly Caravan on a Norfolk Country Estate

A relaxed, dog-friendly holiday caravan at Caldecott Hall Country Park in Fritton, just a short drive from Great Yarmouth and the coast. With three bedrooms, a decking area and parking, it sleeps five and suits families, couples with dogs and working visitors alike. The estate has a swimming pool with hot tub and steam room, Barn1 Bar and Restaurant and golf, all open to guests and paid on the day, with Redwings Horse Sanctuary free to visit next door.

Inside
The open-plan living area has comfy sofas, a TV and a feature fireplace, with large windows looking out onto the decking. There is a dining table for meals together, and the kitchen has an oven and hob and is equipped for self-catering. Gas heating keeps the caravan warm and cosy on cooler evenings.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1: double bed, with its own toilet and sink
Bedroom 2: single bed
Bedroom 3: two single beds
Bed linen and towels are provided.

Bathroom
The main shower room has a shower, toilet and sink, and the main bedroom has its own separate toilet and sink, which helps on busy mornings.

Outside
The private decking has a table, chairs and a parasol, ideal for breakfast in the sunshine or a drink in the evening. There is one parking space by the caravan.

Bringing your dog
Well-behaved dogs are very welcome, at a charge of £25 per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay. There are plenty of walks nearby, including Waveney Forest, and dogs on leads are welcome at Redwings Horse Sanctuary too.

Working in the area?
With Wi-Fi and a desk, the caravan is a comfortable base for contractors and anyone working locally, and longer stays are welcome.

BBQs are not permitted anywhere on the park.
The estate's leisure facilities are run by Caldecott Hall and charged separately.
Redwings Horse Sanctuary is open Friday to Monday, with free entry.
This is a holiday caravan within a park, so you may see and hear neighbouring holidaymakers.

A maximum of 5 guests can stay.
Dogs are welcome at £25 per dog, up to 2 dogs.
