”The curtain was broken and laying in the floor. I was offered a new room but I fixed it myself. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The shower head was old and stopped up. At 200 dollars a night I expected more.”

”Horrible experience. TV didn't work. Service at check in wasn't very pleasant. We booked a double queen and the room felt extremely crammed. We had to leave about 20 minutes before the breakfast started and politely asked if they could unlock the fridge so we could have a milk or yogurt but the woman at the counter denied us and seemed annoyed by our request. Save your money and go elsewhere.”

”This was like the Bollywood knock off versions of a La Quinta Inn. I had no idea that Wyndham had bought La Quinta. I should’ve known if it’s a Wyndham property it will be rundown, half fixed, dirty, and gross. They were supposedly doing renovations, but the renovations that I saw were like handyman going wrong. Where should I start? The elevator wasn’t working, the first trim we get into smell like cigarette smoke, they got us a new room, but it was on the third floor, which was annoying...

”The room was filthy We checked in, saw the room and turned around because of the smell and the sticky floor. When we try to get a refund, they referred us back to Expedia. I have not received an email back. They told me it would be 72 hours from the date of May 28 and I have yet to get a refund.”

”Everything was clean and staff was very helpful. Only thing was the gym had about three sets of dumbbells.”

”Our multiple day stay had several disappointments. We booked a handicap room without a tub, but were given one with. We had to go a very long distance to and from rooms and the front desk to get a room change, as the handicap rooms are a very long distance from the elevator. Day 2 our key cards didn't work so back and forth to the desk again. Day 3 we asked for maid service but didn't get it. We were brought towels and the top one had a large black hair. We paid $15 per day for breakfast that...

”Everything was wonderful except the shower. The water pressure to bathe was no more than a trickle of water coming out of the shower handle. I loved the coffee machine that dispensed freshly ground coffee beans into a delicious cup of Joe. The breakfast was healthy, however, the server said the truck didn't make a delivery so no yogurt, no potatoes, no fresh milk. Turkey sausage was all there was and a few scrambled eggs. Not impressed with the food.”

”My experience at this hotel was terrible. I went to check in and they could not find my reservation from Expedia. It took over an hour before the situation was sorted out in our room was given to us. When we went to our room, it wasn't the room that we booked. They then gave us a replacement room which had hair on the bedsheets, the blinds weren't working, there was empty water bottles under the bed. They then tried to give us a new room that they said was marked clean by the cleaners. That...

”Hampton is a go to for my family but this location underachieved. Construction made place untidy and coffee bar was not fully stocked. Not up to Hampton's usual standards.”

”I stayed for 2 days and the room was a bit dated. Im 6ft and the bathroom sink was so shot it was below my waist. The pillows were too small, bit overall my stay was decent.”

”The hotel itself as well as the staff was fine. The room. We were in was AWFUL!! There was mold or mildew and it smelled. Our eyes were swollen in the morning. Every time you leave then come back the room smell over powers you. We were in room 228. So If you're gonna stay, maybe ask for a room on a different floor. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. But the mold/ mildew/ stale smoke smell made it miserable! I was so happy to check out and not have to walk back I to that room!”
