"Took a long time to check in despite being seen straight away. Room was okay. Very basic and no way to fill up the water bottle. "We realise no tea & coffee plus chairs in rooms may cut costs but other comparable hotels provide them. It would of been nice to check in with a person rather than have 3 receptionists watch us use the automatic check in. Good air con & window size in room & clean bathroom."

"Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway.
