”They had no phones in the room and no water complimentary. You need to buy water.”

”Dog friendly rooms are on ground floor. These aren't comparable to other standard rooms, but charged at same rate plus an additional £20 cleaning charge. Our room was basically furnished with painted plain MDF wardrobe in corner. Window was open in all these rooms presumably to help with smell. Carpets we're stained and smell was very noticeable when windows closed. Despite these comments to reception, we were still charged the additional cleaning fee.”

”Our stay at the Lion was excellent. The only complaint was that the door to our room wouldn't lock, but other than that everything was great. I would definitely stay there again. Great location for shopping at Bicester Village and a short drive to Bleinheim Palace. ”

”Spotless room”

”I booked a driving experience for my partner’s birthday back in January and we deliberately waited until summer to make a weekend of it. This review is about the hotel rather than the driving experience.
