Palvelu hyvää, siivous erinomaisesta. Toiminta ja ruoka muistuttaa kouluruokaa. Ruoka on mautonta ja valmistetaan ilmeisesti muualla lämmittää hotellilla. Ruuasta puuttuu täysin mausteet ja lihat ovat kuivia haudutettuja patoja lukuunottamatta. Kaikesta säästetään hunaja on hunaja siirappia eli jatkettu sokerilla. Uima-allas alue on kiva ja meri lähellä soveltuu all-inclusive lomaksi niille jotka tykkäävät hakea kaljaa hanasta ja elävät sillä. Drinkit ovat siirappi pommeja joissa ei ole mitään aitoa. Menisikö uudestaan tuskin. Silti positiivistakin löytyi siivous toimi todella hyvin. Huone oli pieni mikä oli tiedossa suurin puute on ala-arvoinen ruoka. Ruoka kuvat usealta eri päivältä

Strongly Recommended
We spend almost whole week at the pool area, which is great. Food was amazing, each day have different dinner! Rooms are quite small, but that was totally ok with us. We also played ping pong and tennis which was also included. Overall we had very nice week, would visit again. For familias this would be even better. A lot of things to do for kids

Vaivaton loma auringossa
Ruoka ja palvelu olivat aivan loistavat, henkilökunta oli kohtelias ja ystävällinen. Allasalue oli siisti ja hyvin hoidettu, snackbaari toimi loistavasti, liukumäet olivat kivat ja siellä viihtyivät niin lapset kuin aikuisetkin. High seeson ja allasalue oli ymmärrettävästi täynnä väkeä, samoin altaissakin oli ajoittain ahdasta. Ja tietty jo aikaisin aamusta aurinkotuolit olivat varattuja, vaikka hotellin ohjeet sen kieltävätkin, samoin kun tupakoinnin allasalueen läheisyydessä.. Bungalow-huoneet olivat ahtaita, perustasoa, mutta siistit ja siivous päivittäin. Ilmastointi piti kovaa ääntä ja oli päällä vain kun oltiin huoneessa, joten päiväretken jälkeen huoneen viilenemiseen meni aikaa. Huone oli rauhallinen, eikä allasalueen musiikki kuulunut sisälle eikä naapurihuoneistakaan kuulunut mitään. Pientä miinusta kivikkoisesta rannasta, mutta rantatossuilla sekin korjattavissa. Mahtava aurinkoloma, hyvät puitteet ja takuuvarma aurinko.

Huge AI-complex with nice and quiet beach
Very easy and welcoming check-in. They really had made efforts to accommodate our special requests (room near pool and ground level and special gluten free diet for celiac), I appreciate it. We did get the room and the diet pretty easy (comparing to other hotels) to have. Our room was on "bungalow" section, it was quite small but big enough to sleep 4. Very little space for luggages, but that didn't bother us. Air-condition was a little "lazy" and that's why after the clean lady the floors were wet many hours. The hotel has many pools to choose and waterpark was fun for all. Just mention, that officially kids need to be 120cm to enter waterpark. My kids used kids club too (open 10-14, 15-17 everyday) and especially loved the Minidisco. The animation team showed many talents in the night program: for ex. dancing, singing, acting etc. We didn't participate to day time animation programs (darts, aerobics, waterpolo etc...) We have been many AI-resorts and specially I liked that in Louis Creta Princess you can find nice and quite spot from the pebble beach if all inclusive family resort is sometimes too busy and loud for you ;)

Loistava perhehotelli
Olimme vaimoni ja 2-vuotiaan tyttäremme kanssa täällä viikon. Hotellissa on erittäin paljon lapsille soveltuvaa ruokaa: myös "aikuisten" ruoka on pääosin erittäin miedosti suolattua ja täten soveltuu varsin hyvin taaperollekin. Jälkiruokapöydässä oli aina tuoreita hedelmiä, mitä toimivat hyvin välipaloina. Onnistuimmekin laajentamaan tyttäremme makumaailmaa merkittävästi matkan aikana :) Leikkipaikkoja hotellialueella oli paljon: kaksi kahluuallasta vesiliukumäillä yms. ja yhden ison altaan pääty oli hitaasti syvenevä, eli varsinkin vesileikkejä täällä pääsee hyvin harrastamaan. Hotellin vieressä oli pieni nurmileikkialue sekä isompi hiekkapohjalle rakennettu merirosvolaiva, jonka kunto tosin oli jo hieman huonompi, tosin vielä pienellekin lapselle täysin turvallinen (aikuisen mukana ollessa, putoamisriskejä muutama). Isommille oli tarjolla pingistä, jalkapalloa, lentopalloa, minigolffia jne - eli tekemistä varmasti riittää. Hotellilla sekä hotellia vastapäätä on perinteiset minimarketit. Bussimatka Hanian kaupunkiin kestää n. 40 minuuttia ja hotellilta n. 15 min kävelymatkan päässä on jo pieniä kauppoja ja ravintoloita. Suosittelisin tätä ennen kaikkea perheille, jotka kaipaavat lomaa arjen rutiineista, hyvää ruokaa ja aurinkoa.

Rento perheloma ja hyvät unet
Viihtyisä ja siisti perhehotelli meren rannalla. Kausi oli juuri päättymässä lokakuun lopussa, joten hotellissa oli erittän rauhallista. Iltaohjelma oli mukavaa sekä lapsille että aikuisille. Illallisen jälkeen kaikki kokoontuivat ”minidiscoon” jossa aikuisilla oli mahdollisuus nauttia virvokkeita ja seurata lasten ohjelmaa. Hotellilla oli oma uimaranta, joka soveltuu vain aikuisille mukulakivien ja aallokon vuoksi. Ainakin meidän lomamme aikana tuuli ja aallokko oli koko ajan käynnissä. Ruoka oli maistuvaa ja vaihteluakin löytyi. Hotellin lähistöllä ei ollut mitään nähtävää, mutta Plataniakseen on lyhyt bussi- tai taksimatka. Myös Hanian menevä bussi kulki hotellin edestä n. 20 min välein. Nukuimme hyvin, sängyt olivat mukavat. Wifi toimi kohtuullisen hyvin.

Kiva hotelli lapsiperheille
Lapsen kanssa hyvä hotelli. Ruoka oli perus allinclusive sapuskaa, joka olisi voinut olla vaihtelevampaa. Altaat hyviä ihan pienten lapsenkin kanssa. Kannattaa vuokrata auto ja käydä rannoilla esim Elafonissi on aivan mieletön viettää päivä laguunilla, vesi siellä matalaa ja lämmintä. Tunnin ajomatka sinne hotellilta autolla. Lasten diskossa/iltaihjelmassa musiikki liian. Kujalla joka ilta, joten siitä miinusta.

Old but nice hotel
The room wasn't very homey. It wasn't decorated at all. Noice from the neighbour room is heard too clearly. Bed was also too hard. Springs felt on the back because there was no mattress pad. Pool area was nice and the snacks and drinks nearby was good thing.

Nice all inclusive hotel
We were two families with four adults and three children (3, 6 and 8). The pool area was nice and the food surprisingly good. Thre was different theme in the buffet every night and there was also a very nice Asian restaurant that was much quieter than the main restaurant. We enjoyed our time in this hotel very much.

Huonoa: Huoneen mukavuus
Ei yltänyt neljään tähteen
Liikaa räätälöity venäläisille. Näyttää päällepäin hienommalle mitä on. Allasalue on liukumäkineen iso ja ansaitsee hyvän arvosanan. All inclusive hotelliin olisin kaivannut aamiaisella edes pöytään tarjoilun kahvin/teen, eikä automaatista itse haettua. Ruoka oli ihan ok, kävimme kyllä vaihtelun vuoksi syömässä muuallakin kuin hotellilla. Ranta on pikku kivinen, aurinkotuoleja riittävästi ainakin näin loppusesongista. Tarjoilu välillä tylyä. Odotukset olivat ehkä hieman liian korkealla, koska olemme vierailleet pariin otteeseen Meksikon ja kerran Mauritiuksen all inclusive hotelleissa, joissa palvelu ja puitteet ovat eri tasoa.

Absolutely bad experience! We had to cancel our trip to Grand Gennadi at Rhodes after the fires this August and last minute booked this hotel in Crete advertised as a 4 star hotel. The morning we arrived we used the lobby washrooms and they were worse/dirtier than the type of washrooms you use at the beach. We visited the breakfast buffet and everything was messy, Nutella on the buffet tables spread everywhere with flies all over. Extremely noisy and crowded like an IKEA food court. This is definitely not a 4 star experience. We haven't had the chance to check in and get to our room since we were at the hotel at 8:30 am and contacted Expedia to get a refund since we were travelling along with our 2 kids and didn't want to waste our vacation altogether. We were reassured by the agent that the hotel manager will make an exception and we were on the phone for 5-6 hours on hold until 2 pm. They said worst case they would charge us for one night fees but instead they fully charged us the full amount and they let us know about this the next day. We had to leave the island because of our son getting sick, probably because of the hotel washroom and we were charged a full 7 nights accommodation package. Absolutely unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. I would greatly appreciate a full refund even though no one reached out to us all this time.

Dit hotel heeft zeker pluspunten zoals het geweldige zwembad met leuke glijbanen, de ligging aan zee, de prima bedden en douche. Het eten is ook oké. Wij zaten in een tuinkamer die lekker dicht bij het zwembad ligt. De kamer was echter wel erg klein en gedateerd. Echt een tegenvaller. Verder vonden wij de drankjes non-alcohol en alcohol niet top.

Generally fine but the hotel is well outdated
The outdoor hotel environment was fine, pleasant and well organized. Nice atmosphere for children. The rooms are so outdated. There is only one electrical outlet. Luckily I brought an extension cable and splitter. The furniture in the room and throughout the hotel are very basic. There is a good variety of food but the food is generally overcooked and generally very salty. I realize cooking large quantity for hundreds of people may be difficult. The service in general was very good. The personnel is kind and very helpful.

Had the best experience. Staff were lovely from reception right through to the chefs and cleaners. Would love to come back, the kids had an absolute ball. Big variety of things to entertain the kids as well as adults, many relaxing options too.

Bra familjehotell
Riktigt bra hotell för familjen med barn, mycket bra mat, fin service och väldigt trevlig personal. Poolområdet är väldigt bra och stranden är fin. Rummen i sidobyggnaderna är något slitna men de ska visst renoveras. De är små men absolut inget problem att bo 4 i. De som kunde vara bättre är att gymmet t.ex är öppet 10-18, känns som de flesta vill träna morgon eller kväll.. vissa av aktiviteterna är också bara tillgängliga under dagen såsom mini-golf och pingisborden det kunde ändras.

Perfekt för barnfamiljer
Fantastisk semester för barnfamiljer! Poolområdet med vattenparken (och fantastiska badvakter), egen strand med solstolar och en poolbar precis innan stranden. Maten var över förväntan och jättebra i en vecka - blev inte alls så less som man brukar på all incl. Enda negativa va slitet hotellrum även om det var fantastiskt fin utsikt mot havet (typ 50m till havet). I övrigt va hotellet toppen och supertrevlig personal i receptionen!

Fint hotell til en grei pris
Fint hotell som ligger helt ved stranden til en grei pris. Små rom, men rent og ryddig. Hyggelige og serviceinnstilte ansatte. Underholdningsgjengen tilbyr ulike aktiviteter og var svært engasjerende og trivelig. God mat og drikke. Busstopp like ved som kan ta deg dit du ønsker for en lav pris. Supermarked rett over veien som har mye lavere pris på varer enn det hotellet tilbyr. Positivt overrasket over stranden,den var mye finere enn forventet. Rene basseng med ulike dybder. Eneste minuset er gjestene som legger ut håndklær for å sikre seg solsenger, opptar plasser hele dagen uten å benytte seg av plassen før langt på dag.

Great hotel, great value for the money , has everything you need to stay with children, awesome pools, lots of sunbeds, entertainment. Food was absolutely fantastic and we are quite picky when it comes to food ! We had our own car and this was great location to visit everything we wanted to.

La Struttura,calcolando la media Greca ( sono stato a Santorini e Zante ) è sopra la media... Le Camere sono molto spaziose ed alcune hanno una vista meravigliosa direttamente sul mare. Il bagno è nella media,ovviamente non c'è il Bidet,ma c'è la vasca con vetro per fare una doccia tranquilla.. I letti non hanno fatto sentire la mancanza di casa,belli alti e morbidi,cambio asciugamani ogni 2 giorni,mentre il letto veniva rifatto ogni giorno. Il mangiare è il tasto dolente,sopratutto per gli Italiani che sono abituati bene.. Colazione vastissima,dolce,salato,c'era di tutto,pranzo e cena anche con vastissima scelta,ma pasta molto,molto scadente,come secondo c'era sempre un tipo di carne diversa ( maggiormente pollo ),abbastanza mangiabile,il resto come da tradizione Greca,molto molto speziato. Per i bambini è perfetto,da 0 a 18 anni c'è una grande varietà di scivoli,ci sono ben 4 piscine per ogni esigenza,lettini e sdraio in abbondanza.. Spiaggia non eccezionale,ma il mare se non tirava vento era spettacolare,freddo e pulito come pochi.. Nel complesso,do un bel voto 8 alla mia vacanza appena conclusa...
