Very nice staff, especially at the reception. It seemed based on smiles and interaction that the employees liked to work in the hotel. Food was ok. There could be more variability in salads over the week. However, the special dinner in the Italian restaurant was a disappointment. Nobody payed any attention to us when we came to the restaurant. Furthermore, the food was mediocre, clearly lower quality than we expected. The pool area was nice. However, something should be done in order to stop people reserving all the sun chairs early in the morning and then arriving much later to the pool area.

Good hotel. Nice swimming pools and a water park
Very nice holiday with a kid. Many swimming pools and a water park. 6-year-old enjoyed a lot. Friendly staff and everything went well. Room was a bit oldish and food was not so special, but there was a lot of variety. Entertaining activities. Overall a nice place and we liked our stay.

Pieni pettymys
Huoneet oli pettymys pieniä ja toinen huone pimeä ikkunaton. Pesuhuone likainen ja kulunut, kaakelisaumoissa hometta. Suihkussa paineet tosi huonot ja veden lämpö vaihteli. Valoverhoissa oli hometta. Merinäköala oli mutta hotellin ja meren välissä oli kaatopaikka. Ravintolassa hirveä meteli.

Kiva hotelli lentokentän lähellä
Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja kokonaisuudessaan siistit puitteet. Buffet-ruokailussa teema vaihtui joka ilta, ”runkovaihtojen” lisäksi tarjolla oli kiinalaisen, kreikkalaisen, meksikolaisen jne. keittiöiden antimia. Aulan ja pääbaarin kalusteet ja niiden kangaspäällysteet olivat päässeet nuhjaantumaan, ilmeisen kovan kulutuksen johdosta. Check-outin myöhentäminen ei ollut mahdollista, mutta hotelli järjesti toisen huoneen suihkussa käyntiin ja siistiytymiseen veloituksetta. Lentokoneet lähestyivät kenttää hotellin kohdalta, mutta siihen tottui yllättävän nopeasti.

Kelpasi meidän perheelle
Todella ystävällinen henkilökunta ja viihtyvyyteen panostettiin. Joka ilta jotakin ohjelmaa joskin aika myöhään. Lentokoneet lensi hotellin yli jatkuvasti (siis kokoajan) mutta siihen tottui äkkiä. Huoneet viileitä ja aika hyvin ääni eristettyjä mutta herkempi unisten kannattaa harkita toista paikkaa. Altaat menee liian aikaisin kiinni ja vesipuisto oli aika kulahtanut ja surkea.

Room was okay, but ants were coming from a balcony as well as cleaning was about changing the sheets, floors weren’t cleaned. Beach furniture is very warm as all other main yard felt. The common use bathrooms were pretty dirty (specially the pool one), the kid club was a very small space outside, thanks for the staff that really made kids to have fun. The main animation guy was too loud and pushing too much, specially being rude to one of other animation workers in front of kids (they might not understand the words, but everyone felt the energy) as well as calling every woman “darling” is a bit a line crossing. The reception staff were all amazing and very supportive. Special thanks to the service desk (restaurant bookings etc) for helping us celebrate the most amazing way possible. Bar and Gelateria staff were doing their job amazing as well, very caring and nice. Food was great as well as drinks.

Could have been better
The resort has potential, but didn't meet our expectations. Somehow felt disappointed, but can't really point out what was SO wrong. The beds were terrible and the food wasn't good - edible, but mainly tasteless. The breakfast omelettes were pretty much the tastiest dish the hotel had to offer. I got food poisoning and was very ill, so that may have influenced my negative view of the food... But the hotel wasn't all bad. Customer service was good and the staff in general were very nice and helpful. There were many pools so you can always find your place by the water. I found the annex side to be much quieter. The water park was also fun - ever for adults!

Uima-allas alue oli kiva aurinkotuolit tosin varattuja ellet ollut aikaisin aamulla. Ruokavalikoima joka päivä sama kaipaisi vaihtelua. Jäätelökioskin valikoima ei sisältynyt hintaan. Lapsille suunnattu ohjelma oli huonosti informoitu ja ei huomioitu eri ikäisiä lapsia esim isommille 10v ja siitä ylöspäin oli huonosti mitään ohjelmaa. Kuntohuoneessa ainoastaan pari cardio laitetta. Palvelu oli hyvää

Ei todellakaan rahansa/luokituksensa arvoinen!
Hotelli oli kaikinpuolin pettymys. Lähetin 2 päivää aikaisemmin pyynnön aikaisesta check in nistä ja pyysin, että hotelli olisi järjestänyt meille kyydin lentokentältä hotellille, kukaan ei vastannut. Mainitsin asiasta tullessamme asiakaspalvelijalle, joka ei tarttunut asiaan millään lailla. Lisäksi saimme huoneemme vasta melkein 3h saapumisestamme, 1/2h myöhässä yleisestä sisäänkirjautumisajasta. Syyksi kerrottiin ettei huonetta ole siivottu. Jos heillä olisi ollut tullessamme pelisilmää, olisi huoneemme siivousta yritetty kiirehtiä.. All inclusiv oli mielestäni tämän tasoiselle hotellille huono. Palvelu ravintoloissa oli hidasta ja esim. juotavaa en saanut tilattua kahta lasillista/kahvikuppia kerralla. Sipsit popparit, jäätelö, yms. oli kaikki lisämaksullista. Pullovettä sai vain siivoojalta pullo/pvä ja kysyessäni asiaa ei minulle kerrottu, että pulloa voisi täyttää ravintolan hanasta. Yhtenä päivänä siivoojaa/uutta pulloa ei tullut lainkaan. Kaikkialla oli korjattavaa ja huonekalut/ovet olivat huonossa kunnossa. Ulkona esim. terassilaudoitus oli päässyt todella huonoon kuntoon. Yleisissä vessoissa oli päivällä siivotonta. Sängyt olivat vain runkopatjat ilman mitään pehmustetta sen päällä ja todella epämukavat nukkua. Lisäksi perhehuoneeseemme iltaisin kuuluva meteli oli aivan kamala. Otin lapseni nukkumaan viereeni toiseen huoneeseen. Siinä taas heräsin useita kertoja yöllä, koska ovi käytävään taisi olla paperista. Kaikki äänet (huuto) kuului huoneeseen. Maisemat ok!

Huone iso pettymys, hotellialue hyvinpositiivinen
Yleisesti viihdyimme erittäin hyvin ja pidimme hotellista, sen henkilökunnasta ja palvelusta. Huone tuotti pettymyksen. Se ei vastannut varauksen yhteydessä saamamme tasoa. Huone oli pieni eikä siellä ollut riittävästi säilytystilaa eikä esim yhtään tuolia parveketta lukuunottamatta. Huoneessa ollut jääkaappi ei mennyt kunnolla kiinni. Kylpyhuone oli erittäin pieni ja epäkäytännöllinen, suihku oli rikki ja suihkutti mihin sattuu. Kylpyhuoneessa ei ollut lastaa kuivaamista varten. WC istun sijaitsi hankalasti. Epäilen, että huoneessa oli hometta (olen altistunut ) . Jouduin lääkitsemään itseäni joka yö vahvasti, sillä olin aamuisin aivan tukossa. Mieheni astma paheni myös rajusti. Tyttäremme (hänellä on parempi kielitaito) kävi pyytämässä, että voisimme vaihtaa huonetta, mutta hotelli oli kuulemma täynnä eikä vaihto onnistunut. Positiivista: sängyt olivat hyvät, ilmastointi ja siivous toimivat hyvin. Siivoojat olivat miellyttäviä ja ystävällisiä. Varausjärjestelmässä oli jotain häikkää, sillä sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä ihmeteltiin, että olemme kaksi päivää myöhässä! Olisikohan meidän varaamamme huone mennyt jollekin toiselle asiakkaalle?!

The hotel has lot of potential. It has nice premises and nice surroundings, but I don't think they have been fully utilized. E.g. the beach/sea view has been blocked by a warehouse and bushes. What bothered me the most was the endless queuing for e.g. Gyros and pizzas. This is supposed to be an all-inclusive hotel and you needed to queue 15-20 minutes to get a pizza slice. Move people from other restaurants to help in the Snack bar. Also pollet for mugs was ridiculous. All-inclusive simply not worth of. Cleaning lady in the swim-up rooms was friendly.

Mukava täysihoito hotelli monipuolisine ruokineen. Mukavasti altaita ja meren vieressä. Omasta rannasta plussaa. Huoneet siistit. Miinukset: Jatkuvan lentokoneen ääni kuuluu kovaa huoneisiin, pimennysverhot eivät peitä tarpeeksi. Ja maksoin enemmän 2 makuuhuoneen huoneistosta, jossa kylpyamme, mutta sainkin tilalle yhden makuuhuoneen huoneiston, jossa oli erillinen tila sängyille ja normaali seisova suihku.. Se jäi harmittamaan, eikä jaksettu enää huoneen saamisen jälkeen valittaa asiasta :(

Wifi todella huono sivurakennuksessa. Tämä ikävää koska joutui käyttämään omaa internetyhteyttä vaikka oli valinnut hotellin missä on toimiva wifi. Pää buffetin puolella omituinen käytäntö jossa kaikki juomat sai jonottamalla tiskillä. Tänä aiheutta tarpeettomia jonoja, toisessa buffetissa tämä oli hoidettu self service käytännöllä ja jonoja ei ollut

Ein schönes Hotel, mit sehr nettem Personal und super Service. Leider ist die Ausstattung der Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen (kann nur für die Zimmer mit Pool direkt davor Sprechen). Eine sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage mit direktem Meer Zugang. Man kann direkt am Meer sitzen und frühstücken, ein Traum!
