Laatua ja hyvää palvelua arvostaville
Erittäin onnistunut perheloma; sekä aikuiset ja teinit viihtyivät. Todella ystävällistä palvelua kaikissa ravintoloissa ja hotellin ravintolatarjonta monipuolinen ja laadukas . Tämän lisäksi hotellin vieressä muutama laadukas beach side ravintola jossa voi nauttia illallisesta huikealla merinäköalalla auringonlaskussa. Allas alueet viihtyisiä ja väljiä ja aurinkotuoleja riittävästi, hotellin oma ranta tyylikäs ja tarjoilu pelittää.

Fine but lacking wow-factor
I would not rate this a 5 star hotel, more 4 stars. The facilities are big and fine, and there is nothing wrong as such. However was lacking some wow-factor and was often left dissappointed in the service in reception. When asking about anything we were not met with any enthusiasm, when asking for example about trips we were faced with a blank expression. We had to ourselves come up with trips we might want to go on and specifically ask for brochures. Also the free yoga classes were not advertised at all, and we had to specifically ask in the reception to get a schedule. Maybe the guests coming on a package trip via tour providers are more satisfied as they get the service from the their tour providers. All in all it is an ok hotel and the breakfast is nice, and the massage in the spa was really excellent and professional! But otherwise was not left so impressed.

Toimiva, mutta ei viittä tähteä
Altaita riittävästi ja aamiainen erittäin hyvä. Bungalow-huone omalla altaalla oli ihan kiva, mutta kosteusvauriot olivat huoneessa jo näkyvillä kylpyhuoneen seinän molemmilla puolilla. SPA melko mukava, mutta tunnelmaa latisti rahastuksen maku: Sauna 10,00 eur ja jacuzzi 10,00 eur/30 min!!!. Tämän tason hotellissa, näillä hinnoilla kylpylän tulisi olla vieraiden vapaassa käytössä. Aukioloajat myös kummastuttivat, koska aurinkoiseen aikaan majailet rannalla tai altaalla ulkona koko päivän ja sen jälkeen mietit kylpylään menoa... Mutta kyseinen laitos menee kiinni illalla jo klo 18-19.00 riippuen päivästä.

Mooi resort, leuke kamer met privé zwembad. Was alleen te koud om in te zwemmen maar niettemin toch grappig. Alles netjes onderhouden en leuke doorloop naar het strand. Ze zijn wat karig met koffie en thee op de kamer. Staat wel een mooi espressoapparaat maar ze vragen €2,00 per capsule, da’s wel erg duur. Gelukkig zit de Lidl vlakbij dus daar kun je voor een paar centen een hele zak kopen.

비성수기지만 숙박갯도 꽤 많았어요. 하지만 규모가 크고 쾌적해서 괜찮았습니다. 하니아에서 조금 떨어져있어서 렌트카도 다녔어요. 바로 주변에는 조그만 상권이 있어 구경하기에 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 너무 만족한 여행이었습니다만 나중에 영수증을 보니 저의 국가 정보를 다른 나라로 작성했더군요. 분명 제가 체크인 카드에 잘 작성해넣었는데도 말이죠. 그 부분은 조금 아쉬웠습니다만 전반적으로 모든 서비스와 시설에 만족했습니다. 어메니티의 퀄리티도 좋아요

Sehr schöne und grosszügige Anlage. Gut und schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Leider schliesst der Pool bereits um 18 Uhr. Nach einem Tagesausflug kann man den Pool nicht mehr nutzen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und das Angebot des Hotels ist gut. Das Gym ist okay, aber nicht im besten Zustand. Das Frühstückbuffet ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Einzige Kritik ist die Umgebung, aber hierfür kann das Hotel nichts. Die Kaffees und Läden an der Strasse sind nicht so toll.

We would absolutely come back here again. We had a lovely time despite being a bit cooler and stormier at the end of September. On arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful, we were shown to a seating area and checked in electronically. We were also given some fizz which always helps. Bags were taken to the room, always good after travelling. We had a few extras in the room on arrival such as a bottle of wine and some snacks. All the staff members, bar one or two, were very friendly, smiley and helpful. One or two were chugging on to the end of the season wishing they were elsewhere but it only showed itself in a slight grumpiness, it was only obvious because everyone else was so nice and smiley. The staff were able to sort issues really quickly and without fuss, greatly appreciated. The hotel is split between two sides of a road. The way it is built is really clever so you need to take a moment to get your bearings. You will not notice the road on the landward side unless you are by the hedge next to the road. We tried to sit there but moved. Everyone else seemed really happy there though so its probably just me being sound sensitive. There is a really nice bridge/walkway going from the main reception building to the beach side of the hotel, so you do not need to cross the road. There is a main pool here and we spent most of our time lounging around it. We had a suite of rooms on the landward side, a bedroom, lounge/ dining area and a bathroom. These were

Great place to stay for relaxation on the premises! What I particularly liked is that because the hotel is so spread out, it did not feel busy even though it was fully booked. The staff provided a great example of Greek philoxenia by catering to our every need. I think the property is just a few infrastructure upgrades away from being able to be considered a true luxury destination hotel and less of an all-inclusive place. Overall 4/5. Will recommend to anyone in my network needing a resort in Platanias.

Hotellet var stort og fint, og ligger i rolige omgivelser. Det ligger 3 super marked i nær tilgang, i tillegg til mange restauranter. Hotellet hadde en veldig bra frokostbuffet, med stort utvalg! Her fantes det noe for en hver smak. Hotellet hadde både tilgang til basseng og strand. På stranden var det mange som la håndkleet sitt på solstoler uten å selv være der, selv om dette ikke var lov. Det var ganske irriterende og frustrerende at personellet ikke tok disse vekk, da det tydelig sto skilt om at dette ikke var lov og det ikke var alt for mange solstoler tilgjengelig. Hotellet hadde tilgang til treningsrom. Hadde satt pris på om det hadde vært litt flere tredemøller (det er kun 2), da disse ofte var opptatt. I tillegg var rommet bare tilgjengelig fra 10-18, hvilket er en ganske ugunstig tid. Man kunne få tilgang til rommet utenom åpningstiden, men da måtte man gå til resepsjonen for at noen skulle åpne for deg, hvilket var noe irriterende og unødvendig. Vi hadde et sent fly hjem igjen, og vi spurte derfor om det var mulig å få sjekke ut sent. Det var dessverre ikke mulig den dagen vi skulle sjekke ut, men de ordnet et rom til oss som vi fikk bruke i 30 minutter til å kunne dusje og stelle oss. Dette var kostnadsfritt, og et veldig bra opplegg!

We are from Boston and we went to Crete to renew our vows. We choose Minoa to accommodate us and all our guests and we were above and beyond happy with our choice. The location of the hotel was amazing, food, cleanliness , structure, everything was more than we were expecting. The service and employes was sooooo lovely and friendly without excluding anyone. Zoe from the front desk was incredibly helpfull and made our stay unforgettable , people from the spa (Elizabeth got my nails done and she was amazingggg ).. Niko our server in the restaurant was every day so nice and we could tell how happy he was for working there. We truly reccomend Minoa Palace Resort and spa and we are looking forward to come back as many times as we can. Thank you so much all of you for an amazing time .

Fint ophold direkte ved god badestrand.
Vi havde et fint ophold på Minoa Palace direkte ved den fine sandstrand i hotellets Imperial-bygning. Oplevelsen var dog ikke til de 5 stjerner. Vil vurdere standarden nærmere de 4 stjerner uden på nogen måde at være luksuriøst. Værelserne var i fin stand, og fint udrustet. I tillæg rent og pænt. Indretningen virkede dog lidt ud-dateret, og kunne trænge til et facelift. Fællesarealer og faciliteter var fine, og igen holdt rent og pænt. Morgenmaden var ok, uden at være fantastisk. Spiste også på hotellets restauranter under opholdet. Thalassa restauranten ved havet var skøn, men god service og mad og høj kvalitet. Hotellets gourmet-bud Galazio levede efter vores mening slet ikke op til hvad man kan forvente af en top-klasse gourmet oplevelse. Ud over den ellers fine udsigt, var både service og mad på det jævne. Der er mange, og langt bedre, alternativer i området. Generelt var den service vi oplevede på hotellet meget varierende fra det jævne til top-niveau. Vil anbefale hotellet til børnefamilien der ønsker fin kvalitet direkte på fin sandstrand, med et bredt udvalg af aktiviteter, pools og spisesteder direkte på resortet. Vil ikke kunne anbefale stedet til parret alene på romantisk rejse med forventningen om et luksus-ophold.
