At the ti Asterias Beach Resort we have an experienced team of employees who are available to you as a contact person at any time. Also it is sad that you didn't find the time to speak with our lti Ambassador or our Management Team. To the points you have mentioned: - the cleanliness in the Hotel and especially in the rooms is very important for us. All our rooms are cleaned and checked daily. - You got a room upgrade on the day of your Arrival. In the 10 days of your stay at our Hotel, your door was locked with the sign " do not disturb ". Because of that sign on your door our policy is to respect the privacy, and wishes of our guests. On the 5th day you allowed us to provide cleaning service, we arranged ViP service and care for you. And of course in this time we changed also the bed linen. - Our Rent a Car company, is a company that we trust since 5 Years and we never had complains from our guests. You reserved a manual car which they provided. Upon a time arrival of the car you change your mind and wanted an automatic. The representative of the company managed this for you in short time to find an automatic car. We found your complaints on this way unfair and not realistic. I hope that despite the criticisms that we passed on to the Management, you had a relaxing stay. We would be happy to prove this to you on your next visit.
