”What a surprise! I thought I was renting a hotel room, but it turned out to be a Bed and Breakfast in a brand new building, with friendly hosts and an excellent, large, and clean room on the 3rd floor. I won't even mention the sauna, jacuzzi, fireplace, and buffet with hot and cold drinks (all included). I highly recommend it!”

”The property is in a convenient location on Route 209, minutes from Milford and Port Jervis. The room was clean, and I appreciated the fact that it had a fridge and a microwave. The heat was good and the water pressure was good as well. ”

”Amazing stay for 2 nights. Quaint little cottage type rooms well maintained and very comfortable. (Only suggestion would be at least one sitting chair slightly higher for older folks.) Nice area to visit and explore as well. Was probably the best away from home stay I have had in many years. Would HIGHLY recommend if need a place in the PA or North NJ area look into it.”

”We had a wonderful stay at the Frog 🐸 Town Inn. My Wife & I only stay one evening and enjoyed a peaceful and quiet nights rest in the most comfortable bed! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and will be back another time to try the dinner at the restaurant Butter. This was especially special to me to be here because my grandfather use to own this inn many years ago when I was a boy. To be inside again and walk the property, the memories just came right back. ”Beautiful setting. The Lounge area and fireplace were perfect for a winter stay. The history of the building gave it an extra layer of interest. The rooms were unique, a nice mix of modern industrial and comfort. The bar and restaurant were fantastic, loved the view of the snowy waterfall. We’d love to return in the warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor decks. ”
