Historic Greeley Home - viehätys ja sijainti!

Nauti kaikesta Greeleyn tarjonnasta tästä aurinkoisesta pienestä talosta, täydellisellä paikalla. Yksilöllisesti nimetty Historic Home sijaitsee kauniilla Monroen historiallisella alueella, vain 1 korttelin päässä UNC-kampuksella, 1 korttelin kahviloista ja ravintoloista ja 4 korttelin keskustasta. Tässä viihtyisässä viktoriaanisessa kodissa on kolme makuuhuonetta, kaksi kylpyhuonetta, ruokasali, olohuone, uusi keittiö, viehättävä esiportaan ja tilava takakansi. Voit kokea todellista historiallista charmia kaikilla kodin mukavuuksilla. Kävele Pohjois-Coloradon yliopistoon tai Greeleyn keskustaan tai pysy vain ja nauti tästä talosta!

Kaksikerroksisessa kodissamme on kaksi makuuhuonetta, täysi kylpyamme, keittiö, olohuone ja ruokailutila alakerrassa ja täysi makuuhuone ja kylpyamme, jossa on kynsi jalkatynnyri, yläkerrassa. Rentoudu etukuistilla tai nauti suuresta takapihasta ja takakannesta. Edessä on paljon pysäköintialueita ja takaa turvallinen, aidatulla kadulla pysäköinti. Koko talo on sinun.

Keittiö on täysin uusittu ja talossa on uusi ilmastointi, lämpö, kuuma vesi, sähkö ja internet.

Kävele missä tahansa talossa yöuninaan kaupungissa tai päivä kampuksella tai nauti viihtyisästä kodistamme tarjoamiemme kirjojen, pelien, television ja internetin kautta. Meillä on myös polkupyöriä käytettävissäsi, jos haluat tutustua kaupunkiin pyörällä!

We were in Greeley for our daughter’s graduation from residency. Was a great location, near to her house with plenty of breakfast spots in easy walking distance. Plenty of parking and plenty of room inside for 5 of us. House is cute and yard/porches nice.

Fantastic and CLEAN historic 1800's home well situated in Greeley. French bakery (La Petite French Bakery) and the best Italian in town (Pinnochio's) 1/2 block away.Tons of great light all through the day, comfy beds and pillows, LOTS of linens, towels, & sheets, handy laundry in the basement if you need it, well stocked with books, kitchen needs, bathroom supplies, etc., good WiFi.Beutifully appointed w/period furniture, tschotchkes, and prints.Upstairs is basically a self contained private suite sleeps 2; two separate bedrooms downstairs at opposite ends of the house for plenty of privacy sleep 2 each. Surprisingly quiet neighborhood at night for the convenient location, everybody slept well, even the front bedroom.Compact and complete kitchen, we cooked and grilled 3 nights, no problems. No fewer than FIVE (count 'em 5!) ways to make your AM coffee...but why do that when you can get a hot croissaint and espresso less than 2 minutes away...??? Everything in the house works, plenty of hot water for the 5 adults we had there.We had zero issues with on-street parking, and if you prefer, there's a private 1-2 car lot behind a locked gate in the rear.If you like the charm and character of older homes, and can roll with the little foibles that go with them (a creak in the floor here and there, etc.), as we do, this is the place for you! Gracious and agreeable host, everything was no problem, WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!!

Clean and wonderfully decorate with older furniture to match the home. Walking distance to coffe shop and a Mexican shop that had excellent burritos. Wish we had been staying longer than one night.

We are three senior ladies travelling to watch the Shetland Sheepdog National Specialy. This is a lovely century home decorated in period style. The house was comfortable and spacious. Since we were 3 women, a few more plugs would have been helpful, especially upstairs. The upstairs bathroom lighting could have been brighter for makeup application. Also a nightstand would have been nice in the upstairs bedroom. We had an issue with the door lock which was quickly remedied by our hostess. She was super to deal with and quick to respond . Overall a very pleasant stay!

We were happy to be able to land in this home for a few days while checking our son into college. There was plenty of room, the kitchen was well appointed and the air conditioning worked well (it was mid 90s during our stay). If I were to change one thing it would be to put a sectional in the sitting room. We like to hang out together and the furniture did not accommodate that.

Spacious historical property in a great location. Plenty of parking outside and easy check in. Lovely comfortable beds, great backyard and excellent washer/dryer in the basement. The only thing was there wasnt really space for our family of 4 to relax in the lounge but otherwise a great property.

Beautiful old home complete with antique furniture and dish ware yet all the modern conveniences. Nice quiet getaway in a quiet part of town. Super cute front porch. Nice for a cup of coffee in the morning.

Loved this VRBO. Perfect for 4 of us! Small living room not comfortable though. It forced us to get out and explore. Backyard area was great. Kitchen had everything we needed even not having an oven. Surrounded by local restaurants and in a residential area. I would definitely stay here again!

House was cute and cozy. The only draw back was that there is not an oven in the kitchen- only a small toaster oven. I had planned on cooking a few meals while there, but without an oven it wasn’t possible.

This house is not for older folks. My 2 sisters, my brother-in-law, and I range in age from 78 to 80. The reason I stated the house is not for older folks is there is no railing on the steps going into the house. The living room furniture was antique and not comfortable to sit on. The cleaning supplies were in the basement and the basement door was a floor door and not easy to open. The house was very clean and in a good neighborhood.

It was horrible. We left within 1 hour after not being able to reach host by text, phone or email. Pictures of inside were accurate. However beds were all concrete hard. The antigue couch was dirty and old dusty. Hurt our backs within minutes. The other chairs for tv watching in common room, were horrible uncomfortable things too. The worst was the lack of security. The gated area had no lovk as advertized, and even if it had, it is installed incorrectly, so you can easily lift it up off the hunges. The front gate just dangles as it too is bad. The neighborhood is very scetch, and doesnt appear safe at all. I give this property an F rating.
