”The apartment itself was adorable. It was clean and well appointed. There were plenty of towels, bedding, and kitchen necessities. My only complaint was that the washer & dryer are not within the unit. The washer & dryer are coin operated and in the basement of the building (which was a little scary for women traveling alone). The VRBO “highlights” of the property stated that there is a washer & dryer. It isn’t until the bottom of the full length description that it mentions that it is coin...

”Wonderful property located minutes from Main St. The house was clean, comfortable and very cozy! I would highly recommend this property. We stayed here while visiting our son at CSU and the house was just about 20-25 minutes away. It was a great location, out of the hustle and bustle of Fort Collins but still close enough to get to everything easily.”

”Property was perfect for our needs. Extremely spacious. Even with only 1 bathroom, it was large enough for 2 of us to do makeup/hair at the same time. Very clean and had everything we needed. Easy 30’ish minute drive into downtown Denver. Excellent communication and response time from host. Highly recommend.”
