”Loved this location!”

”Minor issues. Address is on 7th St while the entrance is on 8th street. The nav system had me arriving on 7th. That was a minor confusion. The property looked like 7th used to be their main entrance at one time.”

”Comfortable and quiet. Easy to get to and close to the hockey game. Parking was easy and there are lots of places to eat close by. ”

”The motel is fine, great, clean, accessible, and affordable; the only issue is being next to a busy HW/road which makes lots of noise early morning like from 4am onwards, so sleep early to get some sleep, otherwise if you go out and party and come here to crash and get sleep, good luck!”

”Super clean and very nice folks. We couldn't enjoy the free breakfast or pool because I was heading to surgery first thing in the morning. It was a great, clean, quiet place to relax and rest comfortably! Thank you!”

”Room seemed a little smaller than what the pictures depicted. Water pressure was phenomenal and very hot! They do have a small breakfast of biscuits and gravy, toast, clementines, and small cups of yogurt. Would have loved a little better selection. Door to our room had a gap all around it and did not shut very well. We had to get multiple room keys as ours wouldn't unlock our door. Parking is very tight and limited. Overall, the stay was not bad for the price. ”

”Minimal amenities. If you are here for a long term stay you pay for coffee maker etc and no paper towels, dish soap or anything stocked. No one typically at desk with just a key drop on the counter or ring bell for service. Internet service is terrible and even with WiFi off couldn’t get Verizon service in the rooms. It is clean if you just need a clean place to sleep”

”This was a good value for the price but not everything was in working order, which pulled down their rating. The fitness center has barbells and two machines but one of those was broken. There was only one ice machine on the property and it did not dispense any ice. We were very surprised to see that there's no elevator. Normally one flight of stairs is not a problem, but we had one person with bad bursitis and one recovering from total knee replacement surgery. A notice on the website would...

”The room was definitely much better than my stay last year. It is under new ownership n management. They are under renovation. The owner was very nice n helpful. My only complaint is being taken at 6am with someone going up n down the stairwell and being loud in the hallway. Other than that, all was well.”

”The thought that I had to pay $12 dollars a to park at I Hotel! You pay enough for a room then they get you for a $12 fee to park! Ridiculous! I'll never go to a courtyard again.”
