”Was in and out of the property upon check-in within about two minutes flat.
Communication has been poor about a full refund. Upon walking in, we were greeted with hair all over the toilet and in the bathtub and shower, as well as when pulling down the bed when the owner asked me if the beds were at least made, there was also hair in the bed. I don’t know if it was some kind of prank, but it was horrific. I am still waiting to hear on the refund. ”

”Staff was wonderful; however, the facility itself was poor. Shower did not work- I stood there wetting a washcloth with the water coming out of the spigot. Outside was homeless people homes ( sleeping bags) in the parking lot. Room had the “smell” that comes from age and deterioration. The staff was kind and helpful, so this in no way reflects on them. But it was just kind of cringe. ”

”I chose this particular hotel because of the hot tub and pool. When we got there we found out the hot tub was not working and was wrapped in police tape. Our room had to be changed as well due to the fishy odor. I would not recommend staying here. There must be nicer places in Bloomington.”

”First room we were giving was already occupied. The gave us a new room that had a toilet that rocked back and forth and wouldn't flush. 3rd room looked like there was black mold under the dresser. The upgraded us to a nicer room and then the water got shut off for maintenance and the hot water didn't come back until hours later.”
