”Hilton Paper Valley has been our home away from home since our Lawrence student started the college journey a few years ago.
We love it! The staff, the breakfast buffet, the rooms, the views, the location, Lombardi's, short walk to Lawrence, nearby parks, parades and farmers' markets!
We will miss our several times a year trips to Appleton and our stays at the Hilton Paper Valley.
We will cherish our fond memories of the great state of Wisconsin and remember our Hilton Paper Valley as our...

”This is a former Marriott property, and has really nice room design, even though some of it is a bit worn, dated, or tired. I was never willing to pay the rate when it was a Marriott, so this is a good compromise. Everything was good, nothing was actually terrible, and the price was good. Will stay again.”

”We were in town for a family wedding and I reserved 3 rooms for us. My family showed up to check in and they were denied access because I was not physically present (I was coming later). Even though my wife is included in my profile they could not get in. My wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law had copies of the reservation but they would not honor them.
The desk personal (Wendy) was very rude and would not help. I talked to her on the phone and she said she would not help.
