”Booked our hotel and the posting said underground tunnel to the waterpark we went to Wisconsin in December when it was 8° and the hotel room we got was not even attached to the main building so it’s not very beneficial to take toddlers and 8° weather in your car after they’ve been to a waterpark
Also, it snowed while we were there and in three days, nobody bothered to clear the walkways or the sidewalks outside the room. They simply threw salt down. Just hoping it would melt. All I did was make...

”I paid for a family suite with a king bed and was put in a tiny room with 2 queen beds and was not even offered some kind of a reimbursement, I’m very disappointed and will not be staying again. And to top it all off, they didn’t even have fitted sheets on the be. Also a cup of coffee cost $4.50, it wasn’t even good coffee…..”

”We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. It was a nice layout and had a large patio with a table and chairs.
It was dated and the hall bath shower looked moldy, so we didn't use it. The sink also wouldn't drain.
The master bath has been updated and was nice.
It's in a good location and walking to restaurants or the beach was easy.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a nice stay .”

”Our room was decent. The shower had a glass door which is not ideal for bathing children. Not many tv channels, but the grounds were well kept and plenty of activities outdoors to keep us busy. We went in the pool, played free board games, tried out the theater, and joined in fire pit s’mores. My daughter loved the pool and arcade. The coffee shop was good and the hotel restaurant Waterfront was delicious. We adores the soft pretzels with cheese at the gazebo by the pool.”
