Unfriendly lady man at the reception upon check in. Quite the attitude. Same at check out. Hotel is ok but staff is unfriendly and borderline rude.

I stayed here 2 nights to have surgery nearby at Montgomery Surgery Center and the staff were so lovely. When I asked about noise level so I could get some rest after surgery, reception offered to move me to a room on a higher floor. Rooms were clean and spacious.
