”Made a reservation for 2 nights for my dad. I called them around 9pm to let them know that he will be late for check in and won’t get there until midnight. The staff I spoke to on the phone was very rude and was telling me I need to update my card because there wasn’t enough money on it even though I clicked pay in property. Since he said “if the card doesn’t work, it’s just a piece of plastic” I transferred the whole amount to that card and also told them my dad would be paying with his card...

Our refrigerator didn’t work and was replaced with another one that didn’t work
Our toilet didn’t work either
I tried to have a manager call me but they just don’t care. Just an awful experience. If I don’t get some sort of refund, I’ll never stay there again. In my review of the property will reflect the same.”

”One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was absolutely wonderful! Even though this hotel is off a busy road it was so quiet! I didn't even hear any of the traffic or other guests that were staying there. I am planning on staying here again in mid-February.”

”Filthy, and it was definitely NOT a non-smoking room. I cleaned the entire room and bathroom myself and used my own linens. You have to go to the front desk to get fresh towels or toilet paper, not a maid in sight the entire week I was there, and you have to take your trash out to the trash cans. The only reason I stayed is because they don't charge for pets. ”
