”I’ve stayed here once a year for probably a dozen years and always enjoy it. Great breakfast and a decent exercise room. What’s really awesome is Greenbelt Park literally across the street. Beautiful scenery, nice trails. Perimeter trail is just over 5 miles. Some things at the hotel are getting a little dated like furniture. Also the pool was closed my entire week there. I’ll be back next year.”

”it's NOT a place I would go again or recommend to anyone! place looked like it was falling apart.. the main reason I went to this place because it advertised a restaurant for family to eat and of course when we go nothing is working or open. Please go to the marriott across the street from this place ,,DO NOT GO HERE”

”There was still garbage from the prior visitor(s) and some ants in the bathroom. We were in town for only a couple of days, and found this property that was close to the highway. Overall it was a place that served its purpose.”

”The room I was in the thermostat didn’t work properly if stayed too cold and when I tried to turn it off or turn the thermostat up it didn’t work.”

”We stayed in a handicapped room. It was very spacious for people who has wheelchair. We just wish they have a chair for handicapped in the bathroom. The staff was nice and their breakfast was good. My husband and I have been booking in different hotels for 2 months now. We are from DE, and he had PT &OT in DC once a week 2 days in a row. We liked this hotel since its very accessible, closer to DC and it fits our needs. This is our second time and in about 2 weeks , we will be coming back...

”Great stay! Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The on-campus location at the University of Maryland was incredibly convenient. Would definitely stay again.”

”The property is old and warn - it needs to be renovated badly- looks and smells like a cheap motel. Chairs were stained, rust in the tub and toilet, dust in the room. The breakfast was a joke, very little options and the area was not cleaned- I didn’t even eat. Stained sheets - I will not be revisiting ever until it’s fully renovated.”

”Never again. Stayed here two nights for a business trip. The second night was unplanned, but when we arrived, we let the front desk know that there were two reservations under our name and we would be OK to just stay in the room we would be put in the first night, rather than switching from our queen room to the king room just for the night. We were never told that we had to re-check in the next day just that they would put a note on our file for the other workers. When we return back from...

”We really enjoyed our stay; the staff was friendly, breakfast was hot & had many options, it is in a safe neighborhood, no complaints.”

”The front part was ok, but the price we paid wasn’t worth it. The beds wasn’t comfortable, we pull the sheets back in both beds it was hair in the bed…the furniture needs to be updated… the bathroom the shower curtain was dirty and we seen a roach in the bathroom.”

”This property should not be advertised on Expedia. The room we were in had roaches. The air conditioner was not on upon arriving therefore the room was incredibly stuffy and too dinghy. The neighborhood was very shady and did not feel safe. Not a very nice place.”

”We booked before checking reviews and I'm so glad we did. I just don't understand why people gave a 1/5. This hotel is perfect for a few days stopover or more. The metro station is a 5 minute $10 Uber ride away and the train is a $5 15 minute ride into central Washington. The room itself was spotless with every amenity you could need. We used the restaurant next door to take food up to the room when we returned from a day of exploring and it was delicious. Contrary to the comments about the...
