”We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was a quick walk to 3 restaurants and a convenience store. The outside lounging areas were great and we were able to enjoy the balmy 70 degree weather during our stay.”

”Two towels given per room with 4 people showering. No additional towels allow for pick up. We are not sure why the towels were such a concern. We shared towels that were wet. ”

”On a recent trip to Des Moines, we were fortunate enough to discover ESA Select Suites in Urbandale, IA. General Manager Stephen and Front Desk Attendants Marci and Drea gave us a welcome as warm as the weather outside (which, given the heat index that weekend, is really saying something!), and they were as friendly, kind, and helpful as they could possibly be. ”Our family had an amazing time. With both breakfast and dinner included with drinks, we were thrilled at every opportunity to save money.
The hotel was very clean and well kept as well as the rooms. The staff were all very pleasant nice and seem to do their jobs very well. We are now fans and looking to stay and return again.”
”First time staying here and had a great stay. It was only for one night, but I was very satisfied. front desk staff were friendly. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Loved the high ceilings and tall headboard. Just a great ambiance, dark wood finishes. Only thing that didn’t mesh with the vibe was the tub/shower combination. ”We stayed at this property for the first time. Unfortunately, we didn’t get in until late, so we didn’t get as much time to spend here.
