”Hotel may have seen better days but room was quiet and clean, and hotel was packed. Breakfast was on the sparse side but we got there towards the end and they do have a waffle maker. Wifi wasn't great but they have plenty of outlets -- just make sure you have a plug-in adapter.”

”Room was not very clean. Bedding seemed fine. Floor was dirty. My toddlers feet were black on the bottom after running around. Room felt bare. Building seemed a little neglected. Dining area was small and busy and floors were sticky despite someone mopping. Food was okay. Staff was nice but short and curt.”

”The room was ok to stay for the night”

”They were very helpful to accommodate us, when we arrived early. Also they gave us helpful directions. Breakfast was delicious. The tub/shower needs some kind of mat, as it was dangerous for little old people to shower on the slippery tub surface, and no convenient grab bar for those showering.”

”Loved our room, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and big. Was just a little bummed that the hit tub was out of commission, but other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay.”

”The whole theme and the decor was very cute. Maybe cute is not quite the right word, but it was spot-on, unique. I enjoyed my stay very much.”

”The beds are high, abnormally high. They did not have a solution for someone who was unable to get into the bed. Front desk said we could go to Walmart to buy a step stool. This is not a unique issue. If you have any knee issues or are short do not try to stay here.”

Rooms very generous - she gave us an internal room which was extremely quiet as we had read reviews referring to street noise at night. Our room had zero noise! ”Beautiful inside. The bathtub drained way too slow. standing in water while showering. The body wash soap container was empty. Brought the empty bottle to the front desk first thing in the morning, but staff did not bring a new bottle before we had to check out. Other than these small issues, I would stay again.”

”Stayed there with my toddler for two days, and it was excellent! Literally across the street from the University. Staff were amazing and friendly from check-in to checkout. Free breakfast was great too! Definitely will be staying there when we go back!”

”I didn’t like how LOUD the room doors shut. I had a sleepless first night. The frontline moved me to a different floor and I was able to catch up on sleep that night. Staff is polite and understanding. Breakfast options and area were nice. No swimming pool! Make sure to pick a room with the river view! Beautiful!”
