”Everything was super nice..”

”Stayed in a single king size bedroom, with my wife and infant. They clearly stated that they have crib for babies to be rented but when I reached out to them a day before our check-in, they gave one flimsy excuse. When we checked in, the room was not well maintained. The floor carpet was so dirty that we could not let our infant even sit on it, not to talk of crawl. The bathroom fittings were falling apart. We spent 4 nights there, and they only came to change the towels. They never cleaned...

”Tiny home has everything you need. Love everything about this place. Location is perfect. Highly recommended.”

”No breakfast.”

”Property was good for the nightly rate on Halloween weekend. Convenient to restaurants to walk to. Room was clean but outdated, could really use a renovation. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of room for 2 adults. Beds were advertised as queen's but were most likely full. Beds were crowded for 2 adults to sleep comfortably. Microwave and refrigerator were a good plus. No bugs were observed during our stay. Doors open directly to the sidewalk and parking lot. There was a 2nd floor exterior...

”Very pleased with our 2 night stay at the BearSkin Lodge in downtown Gatlinburg. We upgraded to a room with a balcony and water view. It's nice and quiet there, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The lodge desk workers were friendly and helpful. The lodge is located near the end of downtown Gatlinburg which was also nice with fewer people roaming around. Nice place to stay!”

”We were very pleased with this property. The location and parking were the best features. I have never been to Gatlinburg and my husband and I wanted to see the fall colors. We were literally across the street from Anakeesta. It is an older property and there were a few qwerks such as a flickering bathroom light, no towel rack and a bathroom door that they used a trash can to prop open. Didn’t have time to address the light and we just but it was a clean room and had everything we needed. We did...

”As always, I did so much research with stays in the area. Great place to stay for visiting the national park and convenient to downtown Gatlinburg but not in the center of crowds and noise. Amazing value and I would highly recommend. Decor and pictures of history of AT made it extra special.”

”Excellent place. Loved the breakfast.”

”It was OK wasn’t what we expected. No laundry on site had to drive 2 miles to a laundromat the rooms look outdated and have a smell.”

”It is an amazing place, highly recommend”

”Location was great.”

”Ants, plaster falling out around shower, dog next room barking all night, was there 4 days and 3 nights never hade room service.”

”Okay”

”We have stayed here twice a year for many years and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to downtown. The rooms are always clean daily. Would definitely recommend this place. Lots of times you will see a bear walking through the parking lot.”
