”The stay was absolutely lovely! Would no doubt be 5 stars but the lights in the parking lot are, in fact, that bad. I appreciate the attempt at creating a safer environment but it does almost ruin the balcony and the view after 9 ish. Switching to a security light that is angled down and not up and out would make all the difference. Its like sitting infront of ford f-150 with their brights on. ”Staff was very friendly. Room smelled extremely musty. It did not have good ventilation. The jacuzzi tub was very slippery. It seemed as if it was cleaned but not rinsed after. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was very tiny and dated. The location was ideal.”

”Check in was super easy, Heta was the one who checked us in and she was super sweet and helped us with recommendations and then even helped us extend our stay! We looooved the pool it has a lower section that is not as deep but then a top pool which goes to 9ft! They even have adult hours in the pool which is nice. Would come back!”

”They need to let you know up front before booking that there is a $16 + a night parking fee. That’s is enough to make me look for a different place to stay”

”Rooms were clean . Location great . Pool is nice . Two major issues . Aircon was so noisy … it was making noise full night .. I stayed 4 nights and they cleaned room just once .. I had to repeatedly ask to change at least towels … at this price I would look for another hotel”

”Personal beim CheckIn sehr freundlich. Am Eingang wird auf renovierte Zimmer hingewiesen. Diese waren leider alle ausgebucht. Auf dem Hotelgelände genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Kosten nichts extra. Super angenehm, da Gatlinburg zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Man braucht daher kein Auto um Gatlinburg zu erkunden. Zimmer schon etwas älter. Aber alles sauber und ordentlich.”

”Stank like a mf definitely get what you pay for. hallways are hot and musty with a musty chlorine and weed smell musty musty. mid breakfast waffles were the only good thing they had a waffle maker bagels muffins and horrible oj and microwaved eggs and sausage dam near look green. lot of ghetto people. dude at the desk was weird ass vibe too. he was proffesional just not very welcoming”

”Our stay was wonderful even with a little bump in our stay we were upgraded and taken care of most excellent! Samantha was very helpful kept us informed and did an Amazing job!! We will definitely be back to stay again.”

”The room smelled bad like mold or just very old. There were dead bugs on the floor and no one has ever cleaned behind the bed. There was hair on the one of the pillows. Basically this place is old and needs a major renovation. I would not recommend this place and I would not stay here again! Parking is very poor”

”The hotel was very well maintained and clean. The pool was very small but it did the trick for the kids. Only wish the bedroom and living area were separate. Appreciated the short walk to all the shops.”
