”TWO things you REALLY need to fix: (1) Rm 424-Unstoppable drip bathtub faucet. And if you tighten the grip, it only slows down the drip and then you need Conan the Barbarian to loosen it. (2) Fix the darn TV channel guides to where they are actually correct. If the front desk hadn't given me one that was different from the one in my room and I would have missed the Celtics game. The staff was GREAT! ”

”I was very impressed with this little gem. A bit unconventional but the check in was very easy. They met us in the driveway and gave us all the information we needed. Being by the water is so relaxing. It’s situated a block from where the main section of Gatlinburg so it’s quiet but within walking distance of the busy, commercialized town. I highly recommend this place. ”

”The hotel staff were very friendly. The entire hotel was extremely clean. If you didn’t have housekeeping come in each day, they placed a bag with fresh towels and toilet paper outside your room. There was a basket at the end of the hallway to place dirty towels and garbage can got sealed bags. We used the guest laundry and it worked great. The hotel is a nice 10 minute walk up downtown. Definitely will stay here again!!”

”Exciting trip, We came down for travel football. We wasn’t in the room much but we enjoyed. The only minor thing is… The kitchen chair was loose but contact owner and they said they would take care of it. Another thing I thought it would be bigger but it still was kinda spacious. It was only 4 of us. Some ppl must had through trash out weeks ago into the woods. We cook on the grill and the bears must had smell it and we seen 3 bears. Mama bear was big with her 2 babies. Thank God for the trash...

”Everything was very clean and we had a corner room with king bed very roomy Just 3 small complaints, The new chairs they have are ok Wish they had a couch, the closet just needs a light where they have it you can’t hardly see what your looking for and lastly very nice and big bathroom but that toilet was so low to the floor we are in pretty good shape but they really need higher toilets from the floor especially if an older person/couple is there. Nice balcony and the bed slept good. Very good...
