”The indoor pool is excellent although aging. REALLY wish the indoor pool hours were 24 hours. Several nights I we got back to Glenstone late and were not able to use the pool. Will stay again. Staff (was it Nick) at the front desk was very nice and accommodating.”

”This is an older property that had been previously remodeled. However the room smelled like cigarette smoke and overall didn’t seem the cleanest like the pictures prospective. It’s also not really what I consider a walkable to the downtown area. It’s a very steep hill and it should be added to be very aware of BEARS!! ”

”I was very impressed with the updated room. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the bed was comfortable. Our room had a double layer balcony which was very nice. The hotel is directly on the main strip in Gatlinburg, so walking the area and parking at the hotel were big "pluses". The only "negative" thing I have to add is that although the Expedia website said they offered free breakfast, the hotel doesn't have breakfast. I would definitely go back! ”
