At last he told us to find another room at midnight 1 am. I don’t know why people do business without having knowledge. Please don’t go to this motel. Save money save humanity . Thank you.”

”Nice and modern, well decorated. The breakfast operation needs help, understaffed and inconsistent. Had to wait a while for a table, poor service, smoothies with big ice chunks in them, not great food quality or options, etc. Room housecleaning was inconsistent too- left a spray bottle in our room, took towels and forgot to replace with new ones, sometimes left makeup washcloths and bath mat towels and other days didn’t. Strange. Wish we could use the food credit at more places in the hotel...

”We had a wonderful stay at Comfort Suites Gatlinburg! The hotel was exceptionally clean, new and fresh. Most importantly, my grandson and I felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location was another huge plus. It was an easy walk into town where there were plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment for all ages, making it a perfect place to stay.
