”My stay was very welcoming! Cleans rooms and the breakfast was awesome and prepared each morning as scheduled. ”

”Property was nice and clean. Quiet but within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg. Parking is not great with additional cost to park on their property. Breakfast was what is expected, nothing fantastic but convenient to an early morning breakfast without leaving the hotel. I was well satisfied with our visit.”

”It was a nice experience got bed great hottub just great all around. The only complaint is we were told the cafe would be open daily 7 to 2. It wasn't. We were there Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday morning it was never open. Getting breakfast in Gatlinburg is an act of Congress you wait half your day waiting in line to get in anywhere. I was hoping the hotel would of had something and they had nothing other than that it was a great stay.”

”You really do get what you pay for. Not the best condition hotel. Very outdated. Rooms had a smell in them. ”

”Never got the WIFI password. We stayed 3 nights. The fireplace did not work and if it did the door was falling apart on it so it couldn’t have been used anyways. Small refrigerator barely keeps anything cold and the extra towels under the sink were soaking wet. The elevator is slow as can be and soooo nasty. And please be careful with children with the scalding HOT water in shower and sink. This was a one and done for us. ”

”The room was clean, but the shower drain was broken and came up everytime you stepped on it, the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet, and the shower handle would come off everytime you turned the water on. I do like the contactless check in and out but it would still be nice to see someone on the property for emergencies or anything else that might come up. Overall the room was nice and the bed was super comfy.”

”We have been to this property many times (8), would recommend if your looking for clean, comfortable and value. We have tried many of the other properties w/o cutting anyone down, there a few that meet our needs for location, cleanliness and comfortable. ”

”The elevator smelled horrible. The hallways dingy. There was some nastiness on the back of the bathroom door & when I used my hairdryer & flat iron we flipped a breaker. No ice bucket, lights didn’t work. The bed was clean & staff super nice is the only reason I have a few stars. ”

”The property is surrounded by others recently modernized and stands out as a bit dated. The staff were friendly and efficient. My room seemed one of the ones not recently updated. Still it was clean, comfortable and quiet to a degree that was impressive. I would say that it is overall homey and comfortable, as if your relative was expecting you and had cleaned it meticulously before you got there. My eye might be drawn to one of the more modern properties, but I doubt they would be more...

”Good location and nice breakfast. But we had a major issue with the fireplace. When we checked in, it didn’t work. They said it was repaired the next day, but when we walked towards the room, we could smell gas from outside. They told us it was just a back build up that needed to dissipate, and we left our door open for an hour till it mostly went away. The fireplace was working that evening, but we turned it off at night and woke up around 2 AM to an overwhelming gas smell again. My husband was...

”Unsafe. The door to the adjoining room was unlocked. I alerted the front desk. She rolled her eyes at me and said well there wasn’t anyone staying in the adjoining room.”
