”Great place very close to downtown Greenville’s entertainment district. We stayed one night to break up a long drive from NC to Atlanta and had everything we needed. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Excellent communication from the host. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in the area.”

”Great place to stay in a great location. You can hear the street noise at night but it wasn’t a big issue. Two rooms have a skylight so it got bright really early in the morning. Overall, was a very good trip!”

”Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions.”

”This was our first stop on a 2-week Southern Tour with our pup of the western Carolinas and upper Georgia. This resort was quite nice for a weekend of biking the Swamp Rabbit Trail and exploring downtown. Nice to be able to do our laundry and bed was very cozy. Very comfortable and clean overall. All that we expected for an in the city weekend stay.”

”This property is in an excellent location with walking to restaurants and downtown. The property was clean but very dated. Historic in this case means OLD. Old furniture, doors that don’t close properly, kitchen that is not set up for cooking, lumpy bed and generally old stuff. It resembles my grandma’s house in the 1960’s.”

”The house was in good shape and was clean. It was as described, besides the backyard being shared with the duplex nextdoor. The check-in process was easy and the host responded quickly and was flexible. He helped us when we had to make a last minute change in plans and accommodated us.”
