”Spent the weekend doing work prepping my parent's home for sale, which was in the same neighborhood and very convenient.Larry was easy to reach and communicative, and the space is very welcoming with snacks and drinks. He even had some extra food he happened to cook that week that I was able to use for breakfast.He is out of the way and allows you to relax on your own, but is very reachable as needed and friendly and helpful when you encounter him.”

”Enjoyed our stay immensely! You arrive at what appears to be a regular townhouse community. Once you get near the back you see Larry's one story condo with a pretty yellow door. Walk in and it's amazing! The decor is unique and beautiful! But nothing uptight or too fancy about this home. Very relaxing with a large covered porch and deck overlooking a pool you may use. (Larry lives there but usually stays in the primary bedroom area in the front of the house. We only saw him when we arrived.) We...

It only took us 10 min to drive to Greenville and less than 30 min to surrounding communities. The loft itself was spacious, modern, and clean with a well stocked kitchen. It is a very nice place and would try to get it again if we come back to Greenville.”
