”This reminded me of a more affordable, no frills Double Tree, especially with the complimentary cookies :) Overall it was a great place to crash for a night. Very friendly staff, free coffee 24/7, free water bottles in room, comfy and clean bed. I would stay here again. Nothing super glamorous or special but a decent place to see Greenville from.”

”I think we stayed about 5 minutes before we decide this not the place for us. After check in, we drove around the building to find our room, and met a truck trying to repo a vehicle and 2 girls were running barefoot after the repo truck. Then we went to park and the guy in the room in front of the parking spot came out and stared at us as we were getting out of the car. The smell of marijuana was in the air. As we were walking up the stairs, 2 ‘ladies of the night’ met a man and went to his room...

”We enjoyed our stay at the SpringHill suites. Staff was wonderful from check-in to any additional needs. The hotel was extremely clean and our room was perfect for our stay. Location was great would stay there again.”

”The location was great; but be ready to climb some steps. The hotel staff and valet service were awesome. Other than our room being right at the elevators everything was great with the room. The only exception was the breakfast. The eggs and sausage were not good nor was the western omelets. My friend got sick after eating it.”

”This property was so close to everything. We walked everywhere. Parked when we arrived and didn’t get back in the car until we left to head back home. Right across the street from the Peace Center where we caught an off broadway show.”

”This place was wonderful, super clean, roomy and incredibly comfortable… thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Parking was easy, located 2 blocks away from Falls Park, Liberty Bridge and Main Street…. Looking forward to be back soon!!!”

”Nice hotel in downtown Greenville. The hotel and room were very clean, staff was friendly, valet parking for an affordable nightly rate. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice enough and I appreciate the 11AM check out.”

”Free laundry at the sister hotel across the street and free printing in the business center. The staff at both the holiday inn and the sister hotel were just the nicest people. Went above and beyond for us! Only con is that the cleaning agent they use is a heavily perfumed floral. If you're sensitive to smells, maybe skip this hotel.”
