”Bring your own mop, disinfecting, sanitation stuff back rooms, toilet bowl, cleaners bleach anything related to housekeeping because you are the housekeeper you need to bring your own trash down you need to ask for towel so just bring your whole house and all your cleaning supplies and become a housekeeper there as you stay there”

”On line check in was very convenient. Easy to get to and close to shopping and restaurants. It was under construction while we were there as they were updating rooms. Which the rooms did need updating. Room was clean and the salt water pool was very nice 👍”

”The room was very clean. Bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and kind. My tv did not work. The guy at front desk offered to move me to another room. The direct tv box was shot. Young man very kind. But my stuff was already unpacked. Also the whole unit cover on the heater/cooling unit kept falling off. I finally got it to stay. Wasn’t too happy about these things. But I slept well and place was clean. I had my phone to watch Netflix ”

”There was no continental breakfast. There was a sign for a "bagged breakfast from 6 to 9" that we didnt even bother to get. The pool was closed for maintenance. The pool and breakfast was the entire reason we booked this hotel and we got neither. Our kids were very excited to go swimming and were very disappointed that they couldn't. The entire hotel smelled. Our room for 4 people only had 2 towels so my boyfriend went to the front desk to ask for more. The desk attendant was rude and had the...

”We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Rye, located in Copperleaf. All the staff were very friendly, and our room was very clean and cozy with a fireplace. Great location and walkable to all the boutiques and restaurants/brewery.”

”This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It is very run down and dirty. I booked for two nights, but after the first night, there was no way I was staying another night so I went to check out and cancel second night. They refused to give me a refund for the second night, even though it was before 11am. No water pressure in the shower, cold air draft coming right in through the door to the room, worn out bed, didn't look like the room has been cleaned in months, it was disgusting.”
