”Billed as a four star property but things felt more three star. Eg: even the nicer rooms only have one sink, the gym was terrible, the towels felt threadbare etc. That said, dinner in their restaurant was fun (mostly because of the friendly service) and they have some nice art around the property.”

”Although the hotel is a bit outdated, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was. The rooms and common areas were well maintained and comfortable. What really stood out to me was the staff. Everyone was wonderful, especially the front desk check in team. They were friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Overall, I would definitely consider staying here again because of the cleanliness and excellent service.”

Location was good.

”Very large group was checking in for the weekend. ( conference ) They took up a major portion of the lobby as well as the area coming out of the garage. We had to wait for an extended time to get checked in. My suggestion would be to have the rooms designated and a credit card on file prior to their arrival. There was so much discussion with each conference attendee about the room they were getting. Transient guests should not have to wait for large groups to get checked in. My other suggestion...
