”Ari at the reception desk was 5 STARS! I talked to her by phone, probably 6 months ahead of our arrival, as I had plenty of questions regarding the location, and our planned attendance of the Ryder Cup in NY.
She was spot on then, and made it a point to introduce herself upon our arrival.
Also, our bartender in the restaurant was extremely helpful with recommendations and service.
