”I have stayed at this property before without issue, however this time I was completely disappointed and a bit irritated at the price paid considering the situation. I had come into town for a family members funeral. This property was in the middle of construction, and that was not mentioned anywhere when i booked the room, yet i paid regular price as if all was the same. The side door was the temporary entrance which remained unlocked the entire time, and there was no ADA parking. The trash...

”Rooms were not very clean. There were items under the lip of cabinet meaning floors weren’t cleaned very thoroughly. All the paint looks very old and outdated.”

”On of the 2 reasons we chose to stay at this hotel was because it has a hot tub. We were pretty disappointed to learn that evening that it was out of order and we were not informed at check-in. ”

”There were hardly options for breakfast and our room had so much hair in it. The tub was obviously dirty and the sheets/blankets for the sofa bed were the same ones the previous owner had because again...so much hair. The beds were comfortable and it was surface cleaned. We just needed one night so the room served it's purpose.”

”Had to pay for a buffet breakfast or even the continental breakfast and it was pretty high. I couldn’t eat anyway as I had a surgery that morning, but the price is ridiculous. I’d rather go to I-Hop or Waffle House for that price. Also the hot tub wasn’t working and was really looking forward to that. ”
