”The lobby is under construction, and all of the construction materials are thrown in the pool area, so it is not the most pleasant appearance. We arrived and there was no one at the front desk. There was a sign that they would be right back, we waited well over 10 minutes for someone to return. They were not overly friendly, I don’t actually remember her even saying “hi” when she can to the desk, and she definitely did not say “sorry to keep you waiting” or anything acknowledging that she had...

”The hotel condition was bit bad and the locks did not works properly.”

”⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Hospitality — The People Make This Place Special! I've stayed at many hotels, but my experience at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich genuinely stood out, and I couldn't leave without recognizing the incredible people who made it so memorable. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. Not just greeted, but genuinely welcomed. There's a difference, and the team here understands it beautifully. Saul, our server, was wonderful. Riley at the bar, Julio in the restaurant, Danielle, the...

”I was a little skeptical about booking because of the price and some negative reviews; however, I'm glad that I did. I was a single, female traveler, and the area didn't feel unsafe. The outside looks a little questionable at first, as it's old, but the lobby area was very nice, and the staff was exceptional. The rooms are dated, with older decor and a little”

”Just wish we had a personal microwave in the room. The floors share a microwave and there was spilled food from someone who previously used it.”

”I think for the price, Breakfast should be including. Otherwise, it is a beautiful place for rest and comfort.”

”Bartender was very nice and good at his job”

”The floor layout was tight and cramped. Luggage rack was missing and had to request them. We had to ask for slippers. They should have been in the room. Lastly traffic was very loud. Twice in the middle of the night, there were roaring motorcycles and racecars. Quite disturbing.”

”The room did not look like the pictures online. The bathroom was filthy, with the hair of the previous occupant still all over the floor. The carpet was filthy and stained, and the room was dusty to the point where my friend almost had an asthma attack. It was impossible to sleep with people slamming doors and arguing all night, and the shower barely produced any water. We had to make do with a thin stream. It was a very unfortunate experience, and we ended up checking out after only one night,...

”Really nice hotel but the shower only had one side of glass the other was opened . Making the floor extremely wet when showering also they need to update the television.. there is no guide for what’s on nor is there an option for Netflix literally basic cable for as much as was paid it should’ve been better. Other than that and the temperature not going up from the thermostat the room and hotel was nice”

”I am very disappointed in Marriott! The room was not up to standards. The bathroom: shower had visible mold & crude on much of the tile grout. There was no ventilation fan. There were holes in the ceiling tiles. The room: broken curtain track, wallpaper peeling, chips in”

”The need to invest to improve all room quality, clean, and better bathrooms for future customers, along with all lights features that can catch fire easy as well with the A/c system it doesn’t work good at all. The staff at front desk in the day was very good.”

”Great and helpful staff - but the property feels like it’s seen better days.”

”We didn't like anything, waited over 2 hours to check in.Room was cleaned with straight Pine Sol, couldn't breath due to the cleaner, room smelled like backed up sewer.Motel was parking cars on property for next door event we had to park and walk about a quarter mile away to our room It is a SECTION EIGHT MOTEL.Stay away from this place.”
