”Parking was convenient, check-in and check-out easy. Breakfast buffet was yummy. Just wish they had coffee available in the lobby all the time and wish the restaurant/bar opened before 5. Beds/rooms were very comfortable, and the staff was wonderful about accommodating our requests (our friends' too).”

”Rooms were clean and everything was nicely taken care of, we needed a place to stay for the convention and this hotel has been our choice 3 years in a row now. Good breakfast with eggs, pancakes and sausage!”

”Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but showed age and wear and tear. The towels were clean but stained/yellowing. The pool was dirty with a lot of things floating and on the bottom, so we did not feel comfortable swimming.”

”I received a text asking if I needed anything. I needed extra pillows but didn't receive any. There was a coffee maker in the room. It was dirty and no cups in the room No hand towels, only 2 rough feeling "bath" towels The best reason to stay? It's right across jumping on i90 expressway which is what i needed. The room was clean but very dated ”

”Not impressed. This hotel used to be so nice, it's going downhill. The pool did not work, it was supposed to be fixed by the 26th before we arrived on the 30th. Disappointed with the staff ”

”The breakfast food, choices & staff were wonderful. Very clean & fully stocked & fresh/hot. The main complaint would be, on Sunday evening, we went to the pool as usual, but Sunday, the hot tub was FILTHY & the pool was over chlorinated. The water was so cloudy in the pool & the hot tub, you could see dirt & when turned oned on, it stirred up dirt, smelled & no bubbles, just foam. The other thing would be the pool water for the 3 days was cold. One last thing, not enough outlets for plugging...

”You can hear conversation in the adjacent rooms. And snoring. Sliding doors to balcony/patio screen. Try to get a 2nd flr room. Also, tips suggestions on the restaurant bill should be based on the pre-tax subtotal, not the total bill. Tax is not a service provided. And egg over medium are slightly runny, not completely liquid. Gross... ”

”This hotel was awesome. Location was great. Clean and spacious rooms. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was wonderful with hot and cold options, fresh fruit, pastries, oatmeal with lots of toppings. Amy is the breakfast lounge was a brite start to the day. She was very friendly and helpful. ”
