”My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this cozy, tiny home. It was very clean and had all of your basic necessities. Communication with the host, Jeremy, was quick and precise. Location was perfect for us as we needed only to travel about 10 minutes in either direction to reach our favorite breweries. We will certainly look to stay again when we make our way thru the Nelson 151 Valley.”

”Charming cottage! Great location to Charlottesville and UVA. The cottage was immaculate, beds were comfy and the downstairs kitchen had everything you would need. The cottage owners had thoughtfully created an updated modern feel for a precious historic cottage.”

”Several things were not what was expected. Most notably was ants all over the kitchen counters and sink. And very damp towels folded in the bathroom. The towels had clearly not been dried enough and were presented as if useable for morning showers. But we came to find them wet and smelly. We didn’t have time to dry them so we had to use what we could. Finally the beds were in terrible condition that sank into the middle of the- it was a very unpleasant night sleep.”
