”I had been given an occupied room, and after they changed it, the new room had the AC broken, the door lock wasn’t working properly, and most of the restroom supplies were empty. Overall terrible experience. Highly disappointed”

”What they advertise was not actually available such as pool hours, breakfast hours, and also no smart TVs. The overnight was rude, and the though the room was clean, you can tell it wasn’t stocked properly from the night before.”

”Cleaning staff was pleasant. The rooms smelled like mold and did not smell nice. The shower curtains look as those they’re old and never get washed. The floors are not even, broken in plenty of places. Has bugs in the room. But if you’re looking for cheap, you get what you pay for here.”

”The water coming out of lavatory faucet was a trickle. I called management and the man said “is the pressure low?” I said “yes, there’s not enough water to wash hands. Is that normal?” He said “yes”. End of story. We had to use the tub faucet to wash up. Neither remote worked with TVs. Batteries dead. Tracked down staff and they did not replace batteries in either remote, just gave me one from another room switching them out. AC is controlled by those motion sensors. Disappointed most...

”Parking was good. The hallways were hot. But the room was clean. Neighbors on both sides were very noisy.”

”It was very clean. It was also quite. Easy to get to grocery store and reasturants. Staff is very friendly. I never get up early enough for breakfast lol. That my place to stay when ever on town which is often.”

”Staff was wonderful. Lobby, breakfast room, exercise room were all kept beautiful. Our room could have been cleaner (Q-tips under desk, cobwebs in curtains and child art on wall), but our friends rooms were fine. Overall, our stay was good. Location is great. Easy to get to the beach or downtown.”

”Great breakfast, quiet hotel, and the Rockport City Beach park was a short drive across the road. You could walk but it would be about a mile long. The pool was small but nice. For some reason it was closed during our stay. I am guessing chemical treatment because the smell was so strong.”
