Booked this room for one night for my husband as he was passing through unexpectedly on business. When he got into his room, he had to clean old soap out of the shower, there were bags of trash and fast food remains in dresser and night stand drawers and the room itself was 
 perfunctory, at best, ...

The desk clerk was rude, gave me two keys to one room when I had paid for two, and only one non-smoking room was available. The smoking room hadn’t been cleaned in a while and Theodore’s terrible. The coffee pot in the bin-smoking room didn’t work. This was a horrible experience. I don’t expect this ...
