Civette 1 is a cozy apartment located in Greve in Chianti that fits perfectly for 4 guests. Recently renovated, it has a superb view of the shared garden. In the same building there are other apartments and you'll meet their guests in the common areas of the open-air Jacuzzi, open air meal zone and in the covered corner of the laundry- where there are washing machine and dryer too. The common garden (with the hot tub) and the laundry area can be reached via the stairs.



The Space:

This apartment consists of a double bedroom, living area with double sofa bed and kitchenette, and bathroom with shower.

The communal areas include a laundry area with washing machine and dryer and a garden area equipped with table and chairs. The garden also features a Jacuzzi hot tub, shared with guests from the other apartments in the building.

The apartment has ultra-fast Wi-Fi internet and all the latest appliances: the perfect combination of avant-garde and tradition!



Guest Access:

You will access the accommodation independently by following the information you will receive via text message, email or chat.

The accommodation will be for your exclusive use.

The laundry area, hot tub and garden are shared spaces.

During check-in, we'll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment. Those data, once registered online, are crypted and will be transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by the current law.
