This wonderful Villa unit once served as a place for the producing and storing the company’s wine and was subsequently restored and furnished with a contemporary style and antique details. The villa welcomes guests to immerse themselves in its sumptuousness and enjoys a breathtaking view of the Chianti hills where it’s possible to walk amongst the private vines and olive groves, relax in the garden and in the panoramic swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Continuing towards the entrance of the villa, you will find a large dining area with an outdoor kitchen equipped with a barbecue for outdoor dining and a table with seats.

At the entrance of the villa, the living room includes an open space kitchen and service bathroom and is equipped with comfortable sofas, wifi, heating/air conditioning, 55 inch smart TV, dining table with chairs. The internal kitchen is fully equipped and has an induction hob, electric oven and microwave, refrigerator with wine cellar, dishwasher, espresso machine, American coffee machine and ice machine, as well as a Mezzanine with reading area and seating area.
Climbing up a few steps leads you to the internal spa area with a view of the Tuscan hills, consisting of a hydromassage tub with neck and lumbar massage.
