Villa Conca d'Oro boasts a breathtaking location: nestled in the Chianti countryside, halfway between Florence and Siena.

Located in a panoramic position, the property is surrounded by a large garden with lawn, lounge area (furnished with sofa, armchairs and coffee table) and a covered dining area (with table for 16 people and barbecue).

At a lower level of the garden you will find a beautiful pool (6 x 12 m), equipped with some parasols and sunbeds, from which you can admire a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills.

Next to the villa there is a private restaurant for the exclusive use of guests. The restaurant is directly accessible from the garden via a private entrance.

Internal Description

Spread over 4 floors, Villa Conca d'Oro can accommodate up to 16 people for a total of 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms (including 1 outdoor, 5 with shower, 1 with bathtub and 2 with shower and bathtub). On request there are also 2 baby cots (subject to availability).

In order to provide the maximum privacy and comfort to guests, the villa has been divided into 4 lovely full-serviced apartments. Then there are also some common areas where the whole group can meet up and spend some time togheter (living room, indoor and outdoor dining room, kitchen).

The villa has provided with Internet Wifi and air conditioning. All bedrooms have a safe box. Small pets are allowed (on request).

Ground floor: You are welcomed by a spacious living area with dining table, kitchen and sofa. From the kitchen you can access the outdoor dining area within the garden.

Then you will find 2 apartments. The first apartment is completely disabled accessible, and has 1 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bathtub) and direct access to the garden; the second apartment is made up of 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom.

Still on the ground floor is a small spa (whose use is included in the price), equipped with a hot tub and a sauna.

First floor: The third apartment is located on the first floor, consisting of 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Second and third floor: The fourth apartment is spread over the second and third floors, and it has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

On the top floor of the villa you can enjoy a spectacular 360 ° view of the Chianti countryside.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Final cleaning; house, garden and pool maintenance; utilities (water, gas, electricity up to 400 Kw per week); tidying up of the villa (on Wednesday) + change of bed linen and towels + cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms for stays of 7 nights; welcome basket with basic products (oil, pasta, bread, seasonal fruit, detergents, soaps, etc.); use of the spa, sauna and hot tub; a complete cleaning (on Saturday) + change of bed linen and towels for stays longer than 7 nights.

Excluded from the price: Extra cleaning (15.00€ per hour per person); heating according to consumption (0.40€/kw); first shopping service (30.00€ in addition to the cost of the products shown by the receipt); extra towel change 20.00€/set (body, face, bidet, pool towel and bathrobe); extra bed linen change (20.00€); restaurant service and chef; breakfast service (18.00€ per person); electricity over 400 Kw per week. Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.
