I was in room 1628 and there was a large party in room 1630 that were up until nearly 3:00am with loud music, banging, and talking loud. I phoned security 3x between 2:00am - 2:45am and each time was assured they were sending someone up "in a minute". To my knowledge, no one came and addressed the loud noise. ”Clean room”

”Excellent front desk staff”

”I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Great location and option in its price range.”

”Just too expensive.”

”We pre-booked this place days ahead but found the fridge & AC turned of upon arrival with 30'C outside. Chair to low for desk, desk blocked by microwave. Chair to low for desk. 1 very dim ceiling light. Barbeque not clean. CO2 reached unhealthily high levels as windows cannot be opened & AC does not supply enough fresh air.”

”The property did not meet the expectations from the pictures. Tried to cancel as soon as we checked in but the owner said no. We ended up checking out earlier than we were expected. Took the $$$ loss.”
