”I stay at Holiday Inn hotels quite often and have always been very satisfied with my experiences. Unfortunately, this stay was a disappointing exception.
We arrived at around 9:00 PM. There were two employees at the front desk. The woman who checked us in greeted us with such an unfriendly expression that I honestly felt like apologizing just for walking in. It was not the kind of welcome I would expect from a Holiday Inn.
We were also charged an additional $40 because we were traveling with...

”Do NOT get assigned a room on street side. It is VERY LOUD!!! Check your room before you agree to take it. Our 1st room was LOUD street side, running toilet water and seat off the hinges. It was like pulling teeth getting another room asap. We were there a week and they do NOT check on your room every other day. NEVER!
Breakfast was above decent taste and good variety. Beds were clean and firm.”
