”Room wasn't properly cleaned. Toiletries were not refilled. Gym equipment was faulty. Vending machines were faulty.”

”The staff were wonderful and try.y wanted your stay to be accommodating. Easy parking and a good size room. The bed was not too comfortable but it was ok. The breakfast was good would prefer to have a lower calorie/ carb yogurt. Everything else was comparable to other chain hotel breakfasts. ”

”So there was a lot of confusion when checking in. They gave me a room key to a room that was already occupied by a person and large dog( policy say no dogs ). Then they gave us another room. Apparently someone else staying same place with same name they got our accounts mixed up/ gave her my room and I got a second bill emailed to me after I paid via Expedia but was confirmation on a credit card that was not mine?????”

”The breakfast was very good! The bed smelled very clean and fresh, and was super comfortable. The air conditioner and the bathroom fan were very loud. No frills, but overall a very good pick for us traveling through.”

”Friendly staff and well run facility; especially enjoyed the stories and generosity of spirit of the evening’s caretaker who also happened to be a sports writer! A stroll through the neighborhood was such an unexpected delight! ”

”Property was well maintained. Rented the jacuzzi room which was large and spacious. Jacuzzi should’ve came with instructions in room but it wasn’t that hard to figure out after playing with it for a few minutes. Hotel is right next door to a quiktrip which was nice to be able to walk and get snacks and other things. Would definitely stay at this location again when in Macon!”

”You thought of it all…..multiple rack space for hanging items, extra spot with mirror in closet, microwave and fridge, good bathroom lighting, light and airy looking drapes, desk chair, etc. very nice!”

”Tge staff was not helpful, and none of the amenities listed was available for usage due to everything being broken... yes the room was clean, but nothing worked and the bed was very uncomfortable...”

”The room was nice and comfortable, and overall the hotel was decent. However, the hot tub didn’t work or get hot, which was disappointing. I also found used dirty rags left in the shower when I checked in. Housekeeping and maintenance definitely need some improvement.”
