It is also dog-friendly, which was a big plus. The location is excellent, with a lovely beach view and easy access for walks, including taking a dog out, making it a very pleasant place to stay overall. ”Pros - close to many sights, restaurants, and things to do in Belfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cons - Waring St is extremely noisy. I stayed at this hotel Thursday to Monday, and each night, including Sunday night, I had to wear my noise-canceling AirPods to bed in order to sleep. You will hear yelling, carrying on, and also music if your room faces Waring Street (main entrance to hotel) like my room did. The interior of the hotel is quiet enough but the street noise was intolerable....

”Our room was excellent. Spacious, stylishly decorated, well furnished and had a good view across the marina. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and had everything needed. The bed was large and comfortable. Overall an excellent room and fantastic value for money. We also had dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good. The steak was perfectly cooked and the food quality was excellent. Easy on street parking nearby. Definitely a hotel that can be recommended.”

Rooms unfortunately big let down 1 bath towel for 2 ppl double room 2 single beds pushed together pillows very uncomfortable small tv nice hotel but unfortunately quality of rooms let it down, not worth what i paid, wouldn't return or recommend ”

”Beautiful, peaceful location. Cathy and Noel are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Breakfast was fabulous. Try the Ulster Fry! Room was spacious and comfortable. Hope to stay again.”

”This place is a true gem, absolutely recommended. A spacious room, comfortable bed(s), powerful shower, very good breakfast and extremely nice service that leaves you with a feeling that both the customer and the hotel itself are taken good care of. Location also very convenient near the university and Botanical Garden: the street in front of the hotel is quiet, but there are dozens of restaurants within a walk of a minute of two.”
