”The best trip ever definitely better than a cruise. The Japanese restaurant really need to change chair as my husband fell out the chair due to been too loose. A few of our guest had to change chairs.”

”Place is not what it seems.. I wasn’t expecting luxury, but there are limits.. the place is not at all Like the photos, is defenitely run down quite a bit.. For the 3rd guest, our daughter, we had a mattress against the wall, not sure where we would put it. Ended up staying at a different place.”

”This review was for the bay gardens beach resort, as Sapphire was not opened when we went at the end of May/June. When we booked in Nov the previous year, it was supposed to open in Jan. When we checked directly with the resort in Apr, 6 weeks before our arrival, they further confirmed our room would be available. 3 weeks later, they said it would not be open and put us in 2 rooms at bay gardens. Judging by the construction and pace of work, it would be shocking if it will be opened before July...

”This property is advertised as all inclusive. It should really be advertised as food and beverage included. We arrived early and they were helpful to have the room ready with a toddler but no activities for kids other than kids club and since they had no kids mine refused to stay. There were only 3 restaurants and they were never opened at the same time. Breakfast was from 7-10…. Lunch from 12-3 and then dinner 6-10. Very weird timing for an “all inclusive”. Will not return if this is what Saint...

”Unfortunately this property should be labeled as a hotel, not a resort. Needs major upgrade and more amenities. The meals/buffet was wayyy too much money for what was being served. I won’t be visiting again.”
