The stay is surrounded by meadows and close to the beautiful Tuscan coast. Since this region dates from Etruscan times, you will find beautiful sites from ancient times everywhere. There is even an archaeological park called Park Roselle for better insight. When you wish to eat outside and want to fetch groceries on the way back, the restaurants and grocery stores are 2 km away. You can play tennis on the tennis court or beach volleyball by the sea at 3 km.

The holiday home is comfortable in all seasons as it is equipped with central heating and air conditioning. To relax outdoors for long hours, you have a private terrace with garden furniture. Before going to bed, you can watch movies or chit chat in the living room.
