This rate includes:

- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of € 1,500.00 and with the limitations provided).

Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50,00 per animal per week or part of week).

An historic villa in Art Nouveau style, built in pale Apulian stone and located a short distance from the town of Grottaglie which is within walking distance. This majestic villa has large outdoor areas and a lush, extremely well-kept Mediterranean-style garden that is embellished with a wonderful swimming pool. The villa has two floors: on the ground floor are three apartments with independent entrance while on the first floor is an elegant apartment, also with independent entrance, where the owner of the property currently resides and who will not use the park and swimming pool that are at guests exclusive use.
Interior:
The villa has 3 apartments, all independent and not internally communicating, located on the ground floor around the beautiful swimming pool. The first large apartment, located near the large pergola with climbing wisteria, consists of a large room with sofas and numerous seats overlooking the pool, followed by the living room with a circular double sofa bed that communicates with the large dining room for 8 people with adjoining fully-equipped kitchen. Finally, the sleeping area with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom with shower and tub. Continuing outside along the pergola you come to the second apartment, more intimate but extremely welcoming and suitable for 2 people: a few steps lead up to a small stone patio with direct access to the kitchen communicating with the dining/sitting room. The sleeping area consists of a large double bedroom with sitting room and access to the bathroom with shower. Continuing past the pool patio, you come to the last apartment, overlooking the pool, with a large living room with kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Park:
The park and the care of the greenery are the strong point of this wonderful residence: one hectare of fenced and well-kept terrain with lawn, palm trees and a citrus grove, as well as all types of Mediterranean plants, jasmine, climbing wisteria, iris and ivy geraniums.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool, for the exclusive use of guests, embellishes the wonderful Mediterranean garden and is located to the east of the villa. Located a few metres from the villa, it is reached down a few stone steps. All around is an immense stone patio with numerous seats and tables for outdoor meals. Measuring 12 x 6 m with the depth varying from 1,50 to 1,80 m, it is lined in white PVC and has chlorine purification and a ladder for access to the water. The pool area is equipped with deck chairs and sunbeds and there is evening lighting and a hot and cold-water outdoor shower. The pool is available to guests from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
