”Everything was wonderful from the time we pulled up to the valet station through the entirety of our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was immaculately clean. We even asked to stay for an extra night that they were happy to accommodate at the front desk and even gave us the discounted third party rate. There are so many little perks that make this a special experience: happy hour in the darling library lobby, sunset views from the rooftop bar/restaurant, a darling breakfast...

”This boutique property was amazing. Erica was great and very accommodating during check in. The complimentary bottle of wine in our room and the complimentary snacks and drinks in the lobby were a special addition”

”Charming little cottage on quiet street. Very convenient to the Biltmore Estate. More breakfast choices would have been nice.”

”It was good but not great.”

”The environment here is nice and it's close to the city center. The rooms are also clean and won't make me feel uncomfortable. I think I'll tell my friends about it.”

”We rented four rooms for a family event. Upon arrival one our party was charged an extra amount as they said that’s what they do with Expedia rentals. Expedia said it’s not true. But e en worse, we told them we needed their continental breakfast at 8:00AM. She said she would come at 7:30AM to prepare it. At 8:03AM we called the emergency number to say NO ONE was at the property. At 8:09AM we were told by the “owner” that the person had called earlier to tell us she’d been held up. Problem was,...

”Great location and our host, Sarah, was extremely sweet and accommodating. We stayed in a cottage room, which was nice, however would have appreciated a coffee maker in the room and a few more toiletries like lotion and body wash. The grounds were in need of some weeding and tlc.”

”This is a great location if you’re catching a show at The Grey Eagle or looking to explore RAD. The room was big, clean, and full of fun touches. Staff was kind.”

”Excelente staff. Buen desayuno. Habitación muy limpia”

”At nearly $500 per night and given their Michelin recognition, the experience fell far below expected standards. Key concerns include: - Booking & Check-In: Inability to link our frequent stay number and no notification when our room was ready. - Safety: Loose stone steps and uneven risers lacking handrails from the parking lot, exposed nails on wood planks, and flower pots obstructing the second-floor stair railings. - Room Condition: Despite a 15% discount for two broken lamps, the...

”Was clean.”

”Wonderful visit, location centrally located, very clean, well maintained, with great staff and very good breakfast as well”

”Horrible staff they lied when I checked in the room I reserved was not available. They checked me into an incorrect room. I had to walk back to the front desk and let them know they had done it and all they said to me as we have nothing else available.”

”Hotel was very cute and clean. Location is amazing, easily walkable to so many restaurants and bars.”

”Mold in shower, no soap in dispensers. Disgusting.”
