The "Cap Sud III" residence, comprised of semi-detached houses and two small apartment buildings, features a shared swimming pool.

This small, air-conditioned holiday home includes a living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a shower room with a toilet. On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms: the first with two single beds and the second with a pull-out bed (two 80cm mattresses) that can be converted into a 160cm double bed. The mezzanine offers a sleeping area with a 140cm double bed. A pleasant veranda provides a relaxing space and opens onto a large, inviting terrace.

The swimming pool is open from mid-June to mid-September.
