On the ground floor, there is a conservatory with a sofa and television (French and German channels), then a dining area opening onto the well-equipped kitchen (4-burner ceramic hob with extractor fan, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, traditional coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher); a bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin, washing machine, separate WC, and a bedroom with bunk beds (140x190).
The mezzanine has 2 single beds (90x190), storage space and a second television (only french TV).
The terrace has an outdoor shower, garden furniture.

In the resort of Les Ayguades, between Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan: Les Hameaux de la Plage is on the edge of the lagoon, 150 m from the beach and a stone's throw from the shops. The large beach at Les Ayguades is just a few minutes' walk away. A small supermarket provides all the essentials on site.
